- 2- cups all purpose flour
1-tbsp baking powder
3/4 - cup sugar
Pinch of salt / 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 - cup milk powder
2 - Egg
2 - tbsp melted butter or oil
1 - cup milk ( evap or fresh)
1 3/4 - cup water
1 - tbsp vanilla
2 drops yellow food coloring
Tips.
1. If you are using a non-stick pan, brush the pan with oil or butter.
2. Cook your pan cake with medium heat only.
