    I got my gtek 6 months ago with 25k shots or so. The gun shoots fine but shot velocity’s are very inconsistent. Would doing this help fix that?

    btw Wera makes a nice set of pliers with nylon tip covers that work great for stuff like this

    Is it possible to take apart the pops asa ? Because i just bought the gtek 170r i havent even took it to the field or shot paint threw it and it sounds like the asa is leaking

      Did you fix it ? I had the same problem after 5 cases of paintballs I reassembled the solenoid and now it works fine weird because I didn’t do anything but take it apart and put it back together I tried the regulator at first and still was leaking then I did the solenoid put it back and now it’s good

    I played a tournement yesterday and found that I had adjusted my 170 velocity to the max and was shooting on average 260-290 fps...gi5star, but had dimples on some balls. I was wondering if something might be wonky with my gun or not. I just feel adjusted all the way up it should be averaging around 300, possibly more...
    I also had a PE soft tip bolt in as well.

    How can you access the 008 internal oring to change it out?

    How often should I do this

      Prolly every 5 cases

      @poomunj 4 года назад +5

      @@warpedspeed05 That seems a little excessive. Thats like two matches in NXL. I would say every 30-50 cases but honestly I only do it when I feel like the gun might need it.

    The 14x2 NBR 70 doesnt fit on my regulator piston... Instead i had to use a #014 NBR70 ... is there a mistake in the 170R manual?

      My O-ring is to big to and my manual says the 007NRB70 O-ring on the reg body shows that it's a large O-ring but in my parts kit it's a small O-ring.
