I used to freak out about discontinuations but now I kind of don’t care. 100ml gives you a lot of time to spend with a fragrance. Awesome new stuff is always coming out. Unless you associate a particular fragrance with a very special memory, I think that it’s okay to let a fragrance go. Even if you really enjoyed it.
I agree tbh. At this point there are so many clones and dupes and similar fragrances to scratch that itch.
I feel the same besides I’m more into niche nowadays.
100ML as my signature scent still lasts me a full 12 months, if not longer.
Now that I own 20+ bottles. I'll be damned if I even burn through 1 bottle, ever.
I also used to do this. I still do it to an extent, but not like I did a year ago. Unless something serious, like Wanted By Night, gets discontinued, I'm much more likely to hit a decanter on Facebook up for 10mLs or do the same with DecantX
@@pastichiorocker And puts people who would want it in a position where they can't get it because it's out of stock (cause frag freaks buy up all these bottles that they don't need), or if it is available, it's too expensive. The frag comm is truly hilarious.
I was so sad when Armani discontinued Code Absolu. It was my favorite in the line.
I happen to think that the discontinuing is more about the $$ discontinue to create a frenzy to get it driving the price up to just bring it back
That could also explain why they're still keeping it on their official website, although not in pole position. I guess they're watching if Wanted EDP performs better or worse, than they'll decide.
Don't get sucked into the hype of discontinued fragrances. If you ever find a fragrance you love, buy a backup bottle.

Finally picked up a bottle of Azzaro’s Wanted by Night. Yup, feeling kind of dumb. That is by far my favorite scent of the several I’ve tried. So incredibly good! Didn’t realize how good and strong!
And it’s a powerhouse!!! I’ve recently been blending Wanted by Night with Spice-bomb Extreme. What an EDP combo!!!!
Paid $24.31 for a brand new 100ml bottle of Wanted BN. It was on sale for $50. I had $30 in Macys rewards that was about to expire.
I picked this up at the beginning of the summer. It had restocked and even though it's a fall/winter scent needed to grab for my collection

We can just ask the brands via e-mail, but WBN was indeed sometimes removed from line-up posters since Wanted Pardum Intense, but sometimes it was included.
WBN is widley available in Europe atm.
and it does not even sell, on discounts every week.

I just recently got an authentic bottle of Wanted By Night.
I think my skin changed from when i last tried it. The cumin note is really strong, but back then, the cinnamon really stood out on me :(

I had picked up 150ml wanted by night for $76 last year. I got 1 backup bottle of D&G one Royal night for $65. 3 bottles of one luminous night. Luminous night is nowhere to be found.

I was actually told this (WB Night) about a month an a half ago by an official Azarro ins store rep in Macys. And her comment was just an unsolicited comment too. She just blurted it out. Regardless I didn't want to say anything to cause a rush (and hoping she was wrong). But the next day i went online trying to find it and yeah, not in stock anywhere. It's more in stock now than before. I thought about it when you posted it on the Community tab a week ago but i didn't want to be inflammatory and I honestly hoped she might be wrong since i hadn't heard any youtubers say it was discontinued. she didn't know exactly why wanted by night was discontinued. I just expressed my surprised and thought it was one of their most successful scents. Glad i got a 100ml tester cheap last year.

Jean Lowe is a great one to one clone of a popular and expensive LV l'immensite. Spot on, and it has a better performance
Looking at the new Wanted line promo images on Azzaro's site and on retailers where they line up all the bottles, Wanted by Night isn't featured in the lineup. It's just the 4 other Wanted fragrances. Considering that Wanted EDP is fairly new and it's in the group photos, it looks like they deliberately pulled Wanted by Night. Such a shame.
Also Wanted EDP is totally unremarkable, that's really nothing to it.
I recently contacted Azzaro about Wanted By Night and a rep stated it wasn't discontinued despite not showing to be available at retailer links on their website. Either way, all of this is confusing to me and why the prices have skyrocketed on the Azzaro Wanted line over the past several years.
I don't go after discontinued fragrances, except 1 Million Lucky. I really love that scent! I did come across two bottles from Military Exchange and bought them. So far, Lucky is the only backup of my 50+ fragrances.

i have a bottle of d&g royal but not a huge fan. it smells okay to me but, i have had some one say it smells like old man. also the azzaro wanted by night is an amazing sent. i like it as a cool weather work sent.
I recently bought Mason Alhambra "Salvo" "Jorge" "Blue De Chance" and i really to not like them, they were a waste of money, they seem to me to have a strong Arab incense smell, Im concerned if i try any others from them that they will be the same. Are there any of them that are not over powering pungent incense smell?

I’d been looking to buy this for awhile now so finally pulled the trigger when I saw it at a discounter after I saw this video. I looked online and it was indeed out of stock in the large majority of sites. Was still available at full retail at a few still. Mine is a 2023 batch, so far performance is underwhelming to say the least.

But, I also wear my fragrances 8 sprays at a time, lol. Bathe in this one, the ladies will eat your face off. I like to put a fresh spray or two on before I enter a business or building. Never fails, lol..
@@brasstacksboxing409 doesn’t have the greatest sprayer so that could be the go, to overspray. In saying that, mine performs horribly. My Stronger With You is infinitely stronger than WBN so I prefer that tbh

I dont know if I'll ever forgive Paco Rabanne for discontinuing One Million Prive. Mainly bc I didn't smell it until 5-6 months after discontinuation, found out it would a signature scent for me, but never got to get a bottle. Its notes and balance are virtually perfect for me and the types of fragrances I like, but I'm not paying the absurd prices on ebay and other sites now to get a bottle. If anyone knows of an actual clone, please let me know bc I haven't found one yet. Thanks.

When I got Azzaro Wanted by Night it was like $40. When it was able to make the cheapie list. Was never one of my favorites to wear so I still have about 97% of a 100ml left. I’m going to be ok. I may get a backup of Ombré Nior though. That shit is amazing!

What's the difference between one royal night exclusive edition and collectors edition?
I think exclusive edition just refers to the 3 that are middle eastern targeted releases (Royal, mysterious, and luminous night). The collectors edition comes in a fancier bottle with some designs on it. Hope that helps 👍🏼.

Then the fragrance creators should be on the IFRA standards and update us on when they change and then what scents may be affected.
Would be a change of pace and a level up inside the frag community for a creator.

@@Seasniffer69 I just recently got a brand new bottle of CK Escape for nostalgia's sake. I still have an old bottle from the 90's with just a teensy left. The new one smells lighter and linear. The old one smells richer and more complex. It's like the old one was EDP and the new one EDT.
I, also, recently snapped up as much Versace Eros Flame as I could as it is going away. Discontinuance just is. Hence, if I have to go to clones and dupes, I will. The creators, designers, and niche houses will do whatevr they want as they will always sell.... to somebody. Especially, those NOT in the know. It is what it is.
Of course, sometimes they bring back favorites like when they brought back classic vintage formulation Coca Cola. But it is really never quite the same as before. So, snap up those favorite fragrances and keep them in a a deep, dark place somewhere like a vault for safe keeping. Haha.

I actually talked about Wanted By Night with some people in the community about a month ago. I was just saying, "Hey guys, Wanted By Night looks like it's in trouble. Its availability has been on and off for months, and it's nowhere to be found on retail. You might wanna get one while you can", and very few people even knew about it. It's crazy how sometimes, when the biggest fragrances on the market get discontinued, very few even notice

If you've been watching him for any length of time, I don't think that's necessarily true. He always tries to get us the best deals possible, and it has helped people get cool things. Besides, he just links it for you. He doesn't get the profits from it.
