    For Lead 6, add an envelope with 0.7 seconds attack as Aux Source of the LFO2 -> A CoursePit modulation to avoid the sound getting out of tune and still get the rise effect

    i have a question. i adjusted my leads volume to the point its good for me. But when the drop plays, the sounds get significantly softer because of the kicks. I have some gaps in the melody and during those gaps the kicks get louder in comparison with them playing during the melody. Im sure its some mixing problem or smt, but idk how to fix it, it sounds really weird. I only started 4 weeks ago so maybe its just a rookie mistake, lets hope so :) Thanks in advance if anyone can help me

      I think it might be because of the headroom in your mix! First of all, remove any effects from the master chain (fruity limiter for example), and then turn down each element in your song by -10 Db.
      That way it won't clip over 0Db, and it should fix the issue! Otherwise it might be a compressor on your song or kick/melody! :)

      @@OnPointSamples it indeed was the limiter on the masterchannel, thanks! I already had nothing above the 0 Db level so no clipping problems. Another thing learned :)

      @user-si9yr3ft6k Throw a soft clipper or inflator on your master channel instead! Atleast you'll have a blown up track then... 😉

    For some reason when I add compression to my leads, such as OTT it ruins it and cause a lot of white noise.

      OTT boosts highs and does have some weird effects on the waveform, make sure you cut lows before using the multiband compressor and checking the freq spec to see if it's noticeably boosting the highs

    Please explain how 19 is an octave.

    • @OnPointSamples
      @OnPointSamples  11 месяцев назад

      Somehow sounds like an octave at 19... Anyways here's a much better way: type in a value of '12st'
      Just added it as a tip box in the video! 😁
      (19 is slightly out of key indeed, small mistake haha)

      Veel renders maken tussen door! Zorg er alleen voor dat:
      - Alles dry is wanneer je rendert
      - Je melodie 100% af is
      - Modulation al op de leads zit (PItch bends, LFOs, cutoff automation etc)
      Dan bespaar je tijd & energie

    Sorry, but 19 is an octave ?? How ???

    • @OnPointSamples
      @OnPointSamples  11 месяцев назад

      At that value it adds up sounding like an octave. But try this instead: double click the 'amount slider' and type in '12st'.
      Just added the update in the video! 😁
