Just one thought. I know you guys have your own drone, but do you have someone that's trained in what to look for? Not just some kid that's like "well I guess everything looks good," but someone who has a real eye for signs of stress on a ride.

Yes. It’s a maintenance employee who does the inspecting. I am unsure if maintenance also flies the drone or just watches the footage, however
