Plum cake

imacooker wishes all the viewers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Ingredients
For the dry fruits, you will need 2 cups of dry fruits (dates chopped, tutti fruti, raisins, cherries, cashew nuts), 2 tbsp orange juice, 2 tbsp all-purpose flour.
For the caramelization (Be cautious during this process)
1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water
Other ingredients: (all ingredients need to be at room temperature)
All-purpose flour 1 cup, Baking powder 1 tp, Baking soda 1/4 tsp, butter 3/4 cup, sugar 3/4 cup, eggs 3, nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp, cardamom powder 1/2 tsp, cloves powder 1/4 tsp, cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp, a pinch of salt, and vanilla essence 1/2 tsp.
