73 year old female with hypertension, dyslipidemia and CAD. Caludication x 3 months (less than 21 block, left greater than right). Rutherford category 3.

▪ ABI: Right - 0.89, Left- 0.76
▪ Hb - 12.9 g%
▪ Platelets - 327k
▪ INR - 1.1
▪ Creatinine - 0.9
