    Great video with great tips. The "pushing the foot" tip was a keeper for sure.
    Stoked you are using the Grill Mount mouth mount for the filming. About sharing it - I designed the Grill Mount so that you can reheat the EVA tabs almost forever and remold them so it's easy to share. If you are sharing the Grill Mount, simply put the EVA tabs in the boiling water, which also sanitizes it and then mold it to who ever is using it. Then reheat and remold when you get it back. That way you both get the more relaxing locked in fit and all the balance and power benefits of the molded fit. When you have a molded mouth guard / mouth mount, high performance sports research has shown you have 20% better balance and a vast increase in power as well as protection from concussions. You can also flip the mount so the camera is up and mold it to fit perfectly that way as well. Anyway, enough of my design guy rambling, keep posting the great videos.
    Thanks
    Ken

    Just a thought, I had a neck fusion a few years back and was in plenty of pain. And still do at times if I over do it. I purchased a Ergo Vest for the days I suffer a little bit from the neck injury and on my recovery from my neck fusion i used it all the time. I also live in the tropics and dont wear any tops, but will wear this if I have to which gives me much relief surfing and no follow up injuries. When Im traveling well again, I dont wear it. Just a thought. It makes a hell of a difference. Good luck with the recovery.

    Hey! I've been surfing for quite a while now and have moved to a 5"11 surfboard last year but I am only small. I'm 13 and 5"5 i weigh 105 pounds and I don't know if I should change to a shorter board. My board is easyish to duck dive but if I don't put enough effort into the dive I can get wiped out. When I'm on a wave it's fine if its fine size but can be a bit laggy. Any advice?

    hello I am a recent subscriber who just started surf about 3 weeks ago, quick question everytime I got out (once every 2-3 days) my eyes become very sour from the salt water how long did it take you to get use to that cause I feel like that is the reason I am only out in the water for about 20 minutes.

    • @surfcoaches
      @surfcoaches  8 лет назад

      What level? advanced you can go say 6,5-6,8 shortboard or fish with proper volume. intermediate i would say you would have to go start around 6,8 fish or go up to a 7,6-8,0 mini mal. Beginner you want to get a longboard. Very rough guide without any info
