- Part 3 of the GoPro POV Bike riding in NYC series featuring BMX riders Billy Perry, Anthony Panza, and Nick Jones. Weaving through heavy traffic, skitching trucks/cabs, riding trucks, hitting spots, chased by security, and a scenic tour of NYC are a few things featured in this video!
This video was filmed with a GoPro Hero 3+ and GoPro Hero 2. Filmed in Astoria (Queens), Roosevelt Island, Midtown Manhattan, Soho, Chelsea Piers, Brooklyn (Williamsburg) and Downtown Manhattan. Many traffic laws were broken during the filming of this video, please do not ride like this. This was filmed on a GoPro Hero 3+ with a chest mount. For everyone mentioning music. I do not like to use songs that I don't have permission to use. I like to keep the raw sounds of the city/riding. Also without me adding a song you can play any song you would like while watching the video.

First video I saw before I started riding BMX and now I got a bike. Your the reason why I ride BMX Billy Perry and thank god I saw this video or I probably would have not been interested in BMX. Also I never get tired of watching his videos.

+Rabid49Panda don't do it just kidding but if you really want to do it grab on your friend and grab his car and go slow get the feeling of how the speed of the car and also be aware of if you are in town cars might go slow but if not in town cars tend to go fast there is more things that i do not know since i am not riding a bike but i just trying to help it.
Personally i won't risk my life for bikes but for others things yeah.

I subbed after about 30 seconds of watching this video. I really like that you are a good enough rider to be able to cruise spot to spot and vibe off of each other's style and consistently land stuff solid, but have variations and most of all... have fun. I'm 45 and getting back into riding after not knowing if I was going to be able to walk without at minimum a cane. Years later,now, I am able to walk without a visible limp,( well for the most part).
Long winded, I know, but thanks for the inspiration and using the raw,real sounds and most of all, keeping it about riding bro!

Wish I lived in America in Australia you can't do crap like that on your bike plus half the towns are tiny but if u find right in each town u can have an awesome time only one good spot in each town

It's technically not illegal to ride in squares and parks but the security gets pissed if u do cause it's illegal to ride on the sidewalk so I guess they count it as the sidewalk
+ttgflow Lincoln Center is private, technically, and it's against the rules to ride bikes there.
That skatepark is owned by Chelsea and it's so that there's not a lot of bikes taking up the room. It's a tiny-ass park.
Everywhere else the rode it was legal.

I agree about most NYC officers being rude. But I can't say anything about Europe because I've never been there. If you go to a New York airport, the police will be cursing and screaming at you outside to move your car. Yes, you're causing heavy traffic, but that doesn't mean you can curse anyone. And also I know that in a lot of states there are strict TSA officers, but if you go to New York or Texas, they have a much worse attitude. I may be wrong but I'm judging this from my own experience.
He probably gets bad bikers not like bully and his crew riding through there and is sick of it, he was also just doing his job properly
