BC man fires gun into neighbour’s condo for 2nd time: "He didn't even change his aim"

- A Vancouver senior recently received a five-year weapons ban after he accidentally fired a gun through a wall into his neighbours’ condo unit for the second time.
Police said the senior had been “dry firing” to practice his shooting.
As Kristen Robinson reports, the neighbours are now suing for damages.

As a firearm owner, it's people like this that should never be licensed.
5 year ban is joke. This should have resulted in a lifetime ban. There are several safety rules that have to be ignored for things like this to happen, and this level of carelessness warrants a lifetime ban.
