I may have to knock it down to 3.5". Tried fishing the 4" through and it is real tight. Definitely don't want exhaust vibrating on the cab during normal driving. Either way it will flow well and make good power
@@provinsgarage Well Im anxious to see how you do it.. I'm still learning how to tig so I haven't got any of the turbo kit made. I have the engine and trans in the truck and I don't see much room for any activities between the engine/trans and cab/frame on either side.. I'm currently thinking of running the exhaust from one side to the other under the frame and dumping out in front of the tire to maybe quiet it down some instead of just dumping it in front of the tire on side turbo is on. Be nice if can go from one side into a tight U then back, but not sure enough room.. But I'm not particularly trying to make a sleeper so I don't care where the exhaust exits, just don't want it stupid loud that I can't drive it on the streets..
@Lane Johnson yeah it is tight. Funny thing is I have an RX-7 that I ls swapped and it has more room for exhaust than the s10. Pie cuts and lots of fitting are pretty much the only way to get it to work. You can also modify the firewall if necessary. I may do that if needed
@@provinsgarage Driver's side appears to have a tad more room between engine/trans and cab/frame. But fuse block and a crap load of brake lines on that side (especially with ABS). Don't really want to pull carpet and cut into the firewall but may have to.. I thought an S10/Sonoma would be fairly easy, and well I already had one..lol.. I guess if I was making an all out drag truck it would be because I could just have turbos and exhaust hanging out of the hood/fenders.. lol
For a one man show, you always do awesome production on the videos!
You get a pie cut! And you get a pie cut! Everyone getting a pie cut!
🤣🤣
You are a pie cut GOD!
Looking Cool !
Anxious to see what you do with the 4in exhaust off the back of the turbo.

Exhaust before the turbo really doesn’t matter. It’s been proven many times.
My only disappointment in your work is the complete lack of J.B. Weld !
🤣🤣
The build isn't done yet, I may have to make the entire dash out of JB!
