Sirji u explain everything so well and in detail. Sirji I wanted to ask, In my hometown there is normally no electricity more than 14 and 15 hours, then which mode is better for UTL gamma plus?
Sir, my inverter consumes 1-2 unit daily even without any load. I have check it by switching off all the electric appliances and still meter reading increased to 1-2. What should I do.
It might be consuming energy to charge the batteries, As explained here- ruclips.net/video/TLx3hRH9Ubk/видео.html ruclips.net/video/8QyPCa8MGq0/видео.html You can use solar Panels to charge the battery.
My sine wave inverter has to charge 2 big tubular batteries, so would it be drawing 190 watts for a longer duration to fully charge both the batteries? or, does it draw 190 x 2 ie 380 watts and charges both batteries parallel
@@ZenInnovations thanks for answering. Another question - My tubular batteries are 12v 150mah each, so a total of 300mah. If suppose during the approximate 2 hours power cut daily it gets discharged by 100mah, with a 200mah charge remaining, I will be calculating electricity usage while charging as per a 100 mah battery, right?
I used to switch off my main power supply and run on battery inverter supply. Now i realise charging battery again takes a lot of energy and thus no benefit. Help me understand this and how to save on energy bills with an inverter battery?
Does an inverter charge the battery all the time. It does not stop. What to do our battery is just new brought 4 days ago but still its charging since then.
Yes it is charging as it gives backup. When electricity goes off. But after electricity returns the charging indicator blinks with the fan of the inverter running for a few minutes and the switching off but then battery indicator shows charging continously for many days. Spoke to experts they say it will show charging for 2-3 days but it has been charging for 4 days strait. This is concerning. Should a inverter take that long to charge a battery which is new. ???
It has already been checked with the expert that it is charging. The crux of the problem is why should an inverter be charging the battery all the time. If it has reached the maximum charging it should turn off charging indicator but it doesn't it keep on charging and it is costing us in huge bills. We can't even afford a solar panels. The inverter was brought in 2019 but the battery is brand new.
So the power loss of a fully charged 65Ah batter connected to supply line is 31w I have a 150ah 12 v tubular battery connected to power supply through inverter. Would it be fair to say that I should expect 70 to 80w constant loss for a fully charged battery due to 1.5 A floating current?
Perfect Explanation... Brief Calculation...Thanks sirezen ❤️
You're most welcome

@@ZenInnovations Thanks
An excellent information ..... 👍❤️ This kind of knowledge stuff videos are to be created .. expecting more videos like this ..
Good work brother..
You're welcome
hey, regarding the electricity bills. What does the units imply? Does 100 units equal to 100 kw?
1kw used for 1 hour is 1 unit.
how much watts a 1kw inverter consume while charging if no load is given to inverter output approximately? Plz replay
will it increase eb bill due to old inverter battery

Longer duration.

Yes, 100AH. But Lead Acid batteries are pretty inefficient. So consider 40% extra on top of that.
@@ZenInnovations wow that's substantial loss
In my case after full charge it stays at 50 watt all the time.. i saw in a video he said it will reach zero after 2-3 hour of full charge.
I guess what you're measuring is idle draw.

Can an old inverter battery consumes more electricity than a new battery?please reply
Possible if you have bad cells.
Excellent work
Thank you! Cheers!

Check the actual charging voltage & amps using good clamp meter. Is it actually charging?

I need a reply to this question please.
Why my excide 150ah battery utilising 1400 watt while charging ..its to high like running an ac
Probably a damaged battery. Shorted cell. If it's heating up, disconnect immidiately & keep outside the house
Nice experiment....
Thanks SS
