I just came home from an animal hospital to say goodbye to my dog dying of cancer and the first thing I see when I check my phone is the notification for this. I feel that I have received the blessing of the abyss. Made in Abyss is my favorite anime as well. Thank you for posting on this day. It gave me a smile and made his passing even more remembering. Just like Nanachi, I too have now lost a treasure.

Fonzi is great with upbeat music and rock-to-piano transcriptions (example: Voracity), Animenz is great at making works of art that are technical marvels (example: My Dearest), and Theishter specializes in transcribing the full emotional impact of the music (example: Glassy Sky). This is why I was really exited when I saw who did this piano cover. You nailed it man!
Made in Abyss also has an incredible soundtrack called "Tomorrow". Kevin Penkin the composer truly outdid himself with that song. The whole journey of Riko and Reg (and also Nanachi) composed into one song. Listen to it carefully. Each segment of the song reflects parts of their descent into the abyss. I must say that I couldn't imagine anyone other than you to create an arrangement of that outstanding work. Maybe something similiar to your "Elegy of Rem" arrangement...?

Kevin Penkin made an amazing soundtrack to Made in Abyss and what really stood out to me was not so much the melodies but the masterful use of ambience. So I didn't have high expectations of a piano version but you still managed to make it sound in no way inferior to the original. This is definitely going on my personal list of your best performances.
