I love the death at 3:51. Even the main character gets pissed at you for that one. "Seriously? You did it once before!"
Daunting synth score + creepy skull laugh is the best tune to end Bonds career.🤣☠️
Apparently, shooting the unarmed biker turns you into Al Bundy from Married With Children...:)

Morales was in Police Quest 3. This is the VGA remake of #1.
0:48 - Playing this as a teenager, I remember wanting Officer Bonds to go all Steven Seagal on the bikers. "Out for Justice" was out on video around that time. Ah, the memories.
I love the death message at 6:09. It's a nice slap to the player's face as he realizes what the gun locker is there for.
No handholding in this one. I loved old school games....get good or get out!
I love how the animation is so vague and indistinct that it needs subtitles to properly describe the action.

"perhaps you shouldn't shoot unarmed civilians" ahh back when police used to have standards, and a shred of dignity and honor... Maybe today's cops need to play this game. Sadly bad they are too busy beating their wives and committing perjury.
This was such a good game for its time. I finished the first one in EGA and then bought this one when I saw it on VGA, the box was really cool because it if you tilted it, the face turned into a skull. Anyway I re-finished this game another 3x because I liked it so much. All the Police Quests were great, PQ3 probably the best for its time.

One could argue, however, that the ending where he shoots the biker and the cop ends up drunk for thirty years before dying in a gutter is much more gruesome than the worst Mortal Kombat could give us.

@potsy5656 Well, it was a remake. A series of Sierra games got a huge remake when VGA came out. Police Quest was one of them. (Space Quest, King's Quest, and Quest for Glory are three others.)

I've still got this game on the old B drive discs. Well not this version, the older version.
@ShadowoOfBlood Unfortunately the graphics arent that old... this was the VGA version which was remade using the graphics from part 3 I believe, in 1992.

Though your sick of it, I understand, the most fun (the PQ series) of these games were just seeing how many ways you can Eff up. Anything on the future list in the sierra or any adventure games?

Two things that's missing, which would've made these game-ending scenarios even funnier, is Officer Walls sternly reprimanding you for incorrectly following police procedure and that somber, postscript music from PQ3.

Once had a suspect who managed to shift his cuffed hands from behind him to in front of him while we weren't paying attention. Many bricks were shat. Thankfully he didn't try anything funny after that.
