High school junior who currently has the yips one thing about them is they always come back it’s like you get so relieved and think they are gone and they come back an it’s always like one thing that triggers them like for instance the first time I got them was my freshman year I was lights out throwing all season and then my coach randomly said every past ball in warmups is one foul pole for the whole team It was like I suddenly Had anxiety about these short throws and I ended up bouncing the ball a bunch from very short distances and everyone hated me cause I kept making them run My sophomore year they went away and I had the best season of my life even had a few colleges looking at me was the only Sophmore Starting on varsity but this year They came back again I can pin point it to our 2nd practice because my throwing partner hurt his arm and I had to warm up with our coach it was like all my anxiety came back and I started bouncing the ball from like 20 feet to our coach I couldn’t control my arm no matter how hard I tried after that they still haven’t gone away I’m hoping I can get them fixed before Games start getting played because I had a few colleges looking at me at the end of last year and I wanna get more it’s very hard though I won’t lie
