when Ernesto talked about the bearings.. we are about to cross back the bridge and he is ahead of me.. lifting his board and I see the wheel felt off.. because about 100 ft behind us we did 90 degree sharp turn.. and I'm like hey your wheel comes off and he is like oh f... but he had spare one.. I wanted to find the bearing and when I did.. it was completely a part.. this is where the bearings holding the wheels in place.. the new design is way more sophisticated.. has better tolerances too so it decreases wobbles on the axle.. Ernesto takes a problem, breaks it apart and than focuses on finding solutions.. at everything he does.. systematic approach of making things better
