The laser level has certainly made work a lot easier .. can't forget the old days Bryan. They sure do a nice job on the render great team. Getting closer all the time now. Bushyboy Oz.

    Hi there
Really enjoy the build process of homes , I’ve also been watching an American RUclips family building their home and he (the father ) has been using a water level to get the siding level as like you his laser level is not totally accurate but the water level method is spot on every time , maybe it’s a cost thing , is it a case of the more money you spend on a laser the more accurate it is ??? , the other channel is (stud pack ) just in case anyone wants to check it out and see the different build methods of concrete and cement in Thailand to totally wood construction in America, personally I like the Thai construction, when done right and overseen by Bryan type knowledge
    Regards Davy 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇹🇭

Coming on Bryan , do you use a kinda similar skim coat we use in the Uk with plaster ?
All our builder used was sand sifted over and over by the builders wives

Hi buddy we use a TOA brand skim coat it's like a plaster we use in uk but it can be sanded. The thais normally just do render with sand and cement finish with a fine sand we do use a redy mix and add fine sand in as you seen in the video. I will try to add it in my next video content more on different types of render. Thanks for your comment it helps alot. 🙏🙏🙏👌
