The laser level has certainly made work a lot easier .. can't forget the old days Bryan. They sure do a nice job on the render great team. Getting closer all the time now. Bushyboy Oz.
Thanks Gordon mate yeah we have a few sets kicking about. Them portable scaffolding are awesome and cheap from globle house . Thanks for watching buddy 🙏 🙏🙏😊
Hi there Really enjoy the build process of homes , I’ve also been watching an American RUclips family building their home and he (the father ) has been using a water level to get the siding level as like you his laser level is not totally accurate but the water level method is spot on every time , maybe it’s a cost thing , is it a case of the more money you spend on a laser the more accurate it is ??? , the other channel is (stud pack ) just in case anyone wants to check it out and see the different build methods of concrete and cement in Thailand to totally wood construction in America, personally I like the Thai construction, when done right and overseen by Bryan type knowledge Regards Davy 🏴🇹🇭
Cheers Davy I agree. Always check twice do once is my saying. I follow and support perkin builder brother in North Caroliner ther build in wood framing too.. thanks for watching and commenting buddy much appreciated 👌🙏🙏🙏🇹🇭
Coming on Bryan , do you use a kinda similar skim coat we use in the Uk with plaster ? All our builder used was sand sifted over and over by the builders wives
Hi buddy we use a TOA brand skim coat it's like a plaster we use in uk but it can be sanded. The thais normally just do render with sand and cement finish with a fine sand we do use a redy mix and add fine sand in as you seen in the video. I will try to add it in my next video content more on different types of render. Thanks for your comment it helps alot. 🙏🙏🙏👌

Hello, Bryan!
Hi buddy how's you today 😊
Thanks Bryan, I have been following along with great interest! What are the heights of the internal ceilings, windows and doors? Cheers mate!
The ceilings are 2.7 mtrs doors are standard 2m x .80cm windows always never the same on this one there are all big hights from 1.9mtrs to 2.05mtrs
It’s looking fantastic Bryan. Wish it was my house! How many weeks do you reckon you’ll take to complete the build?
