Let's assume after a lot of time a miner has got a certain hash value that lies in the desired region, but what if it is already previously used by some other block in the blockchain??
How we decided accepted zone area ??
By using leading 0's, for example bitcoin has value fluctuates from using 17 to 19 leading zeroes. That way you can ensure that the hash value lies in a certain region

To mine a particular coin or reward from it... that's why we target particular zone...

@@parthjain2133 yeah. because hashcode for that reward suddenly change... and we can't predict exact hash code, so we try and check within particular range...
@@gauravwankhede9263 It is not only about the reward, the main intention of doing this is bcz to verify that particular block and add it to the blockchain and if that block get verified then the minor who has done that will get some tokens as reward for doing it

Sir but miners usi targeted hash zone mai kyu hash value dhund raha hai kidharse bhi mil jaye kya farak padta hai
Miner is doing this to verify the block and make it the part of the blockchain, this way the minor who do this at the very first will get some tokens as a reward

target value is set by cryptocurrency network . we cannot set it , it is updated time to time

Sir what if we get a hash value in the target area ,But the hash value is under use by another block. Will it be rejected?
First of all no two unique values can generate same hash therefore you cannot put nonce value that is already in use so the condition you asked won't arise in the first place.
