Criminal Minds, Into The Woods. Is an episode that relates to me. When the kids, like Robert uses his selfless act to give his little sister to escape. In the end, they both rescued. Not all characters, notably young people. Need to have complex ideals. Some people like me, have simplistic ideal views of the world. The kids should have stayed with their parents for supervision and safety. I can defend myself. If I end up in a situation like this, I would try to fight back if peaceful resolutions fail. To shoo them away. If I get chased by a thug, I'll be try to hide away or run away fast as I can. To make sure, I'm no longer being chased. I can defend myself. But, I am intuitive, extraverted, curious, have spatial awareness, get mad a little bit, happy, a crybaby, passionate, and need attention. I view the world through my childlike escapism and creativity. I am glad to be pampered baby boy child. I still have the mindset of a child. That is my philosophy here.
I was thinking of Hoch’s wife when the unsub was going to kill her (and did) but she stayed strong never letting him see her fear because that would satisfy him.
Hotch was definitely heroic many times as well over the years. His ability to be the boss and later, a single father, all while saving people will never cease to amaze me.
Everyone on the team is so incredibly brave and such a badass. You guys could actually do a top 20 version of this video since each member of the team has tons of heroic and badass moments from the show.
Reid and JJ are my favorite heroes on the show. I love both character arcs on the show, from each started to where they ended up/are now is a tremendous amount of growth that never felt forced or inauthentic, and I love their friendship.
Reid was smooth psychological keeping Hotch from beating the brakes off that about to be executed serial. I couldn't believe when Hotch slung off his jacket and started rolling up his sleeves. Reid's face was classic "oh shit". 😊❤
Bruh hotch literally almost sacrificed his life like every other episode. He literally showed little to no regard for himself when it came to the team/victims.
I am so happy to see secondary characters have their heroic moments placed in this list. Yes the BAU is amazing in what they do but these brave individuals have no training or weapons to defend themselves or even against unspeakable odds and still came through to help others. That takes guts and courage.
"Chocolate Thunder" was irrationally and illogically emotional at times and that took my attention off of him to look for another hero who handles things better, considering all of their training and knowing the foolishness thereof. I mean, their whole thing is knowing how to respond, to act accordingly. They must be objective at all times, but when he throws that to the wind and acts emotional instead, he becomes a fool in my eyes, and that makes him weak as hell. It doesn't mean I wouldn't tangle up the sheets with 'im, though.
i agree, but maybe there's an element to it being such an early season and him having to overcome his gun issue right in time to save hotch and all the hostages, whereas later on he's more established as brave and often heroic ? idk but agreed, his honorable mentions feel more impactful
I don't know what i've just watch, but i enjoyed it. Happy sunday morning Ms Mojo, take care and God bless you, greetings from Colombia to you as well.
I'm one of the few people who really enjoyed Ashley Seaver and Kate Callahan on the team. Yeah they were no JJ or Emily but they were just as good. I'm glad Ashley wasn't on for a longer role but I feel like her little few episode are was great and the whole season with Jennifer Love Hewitt is my favorite out of the series as a whole
I've definitely enjoyed Kate, I am on that season now. And Ashley was fine in between the others. I liked her backstory and she was a good character/actor.
@lynnevetter yeah it surprised me to find out Jennifer Love Hewitt's character wasn't loved by fans and I'm like. How did that happen? I love everything she does. And Ashley's background was amazing. I thought she was a great fill in between JJ and Emily not being there.
@@lucy-louthebeagle4511 yeah I heard about it before I saw the episodes. I am still trucking through the series for the first time. But I am not seeing any reason for Katie hate. She seems better than fine to me. Her character fits well.
@lynnevetter yeah for real! Jennifer Love Hewitt is one of my celebrity crushes. I see her in it I'm instantly going to love it. And her season is my favorite season over all of the series
The early seasons are the best seasons of Criminal Minds in my opinion. The later seasons are decent but just not as good. Everything was perfection in the earlier seasons.

@@oh7henry it wasn’t her that deserved the mention, it was his heroics in that episode that deserved the mention, which is what these clips are supposed to be about.
I missed Reid giving clues to the team when under torture by Tobias Hankel and Emily Prentiss for protecting the team and going to face Doyle alone. Also both have their own heroic moments in the cult episodes, once in season 3 where Emily takes a punishment to protect Reid and season 13/14 where Reid protects Penelope. I considered Hotch walking into a child murderers house to protect him, his son and the son's hostage and trying to keep the son from killing his father for making him watch the murder of so many other boys.
I'm literally sobbing, my Step-brother... no my BROTHER Mike, lived in Texas. He wasn't a phone person so we didn't get to talk all that often but when we did it was such a joy. So he called be outta the blue and we talked about how much he LOOOOOOVED JJ's character. He then brought up mental health, revealing he "Had a plan!". I said everything I could to talk him out of "IT". After we hung up I told EVERYONE... "Mikes's in trouble, he has a plan!!!". THEY BLEW ME OFF saying "It's Mike, Mike is always fine." A few days later it was his birthday and everybody in Texas was waiting for Mike with soggy cake & melted ice cream. My step dad called me and said "Soooo, what exactly was Mike's 'Plan'..." I told him. 5 minutes later I got a call from my step dad... "He's gone." and he hung up. 6 minutes later Mike's mom called screaming that I'd "Murdered Mike!!!!" I hung up on her... IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO TALKS ABOUT ENDING THEMSELVES, EVEN JOKINGLY, BUT ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE A "PLAN" DO ANYTHING & EVERYTHING TO GET THEM HELP!!! I ONLY TOLD HIS ENTIRE FAMILY BUT DIDNT CALL THE COPS/AUTHORITIES CUZ I WAS AFRAID HE'D BE MAD OR IT WOULD VIOLATE HIS TRUST. WE NOW HAVE NO TRUST CUZ MIKES DEAD!!! The entire family denies I said anything to them AND I'm a murder. That's nothing compared to the guilt I carry. It's been almost 10 years and everything, like JJ here, reminds me of Mike. I didn't have money so I said I'd bus him here, train... even a red-eye. He asked if he could "Drive my Mustang" and I said "Miiiiiìiike yer kill'n me, let's see when you get here." WHY, JESUS WHY DIDN'T I JUST SAY "YES"?!?!? IT'S JUST A STUPID CAR!!! What IF that was the difference between him coming here and recovering his mental health??? WHAT IF??? PEOPLE SAY OR DO ANYTHING, CALL EVERYONE EVEN IF THEY NEVER SPEAK TO YOU AGAIN AT LEAST THEY'LL BE ALIVE!!!
Sounds like you did what you could. You were not even in the same state. His family should have listened to you. But sometimes, there is not much we can do. And everything we do and don't do can seem like a failure. Be well and hold on. 💙
I don't like the first one, with JJ convincing the Prince of Darkness to let a girl go. She was out of her element and did a great job, but calling that a top 10 heroic moment on a show full of heroic moments just isn't right. Same thing with #8 where Garcia gets the team together to look for a woman missing from her support group. Is that really top 10 heroism there? She was in no danger.
Aye did Spencer ever get married?? Of even find a GF?? I had to stop watching this I started having nightmares of these unsubs i had to start watching cartoons after dark to make it stop!!
Spencer got a girlfriend briefly, but she was killed by an unsub. Then he got another girlfriend at the very end and she helped him take down another unsub who was also fixated on Reid.
In my opinion JJ is so over rated- the episode with the serial killer )OUR DARKEST HOUR) and the one where the rich guy leaves the girl to die at sea (JJ) and then the one where she battled that guy from her past in Afghanistan and then just went for drinks later like she hadn’t been beaten electrocuted etc? Way too over the top
The obvious over-the-top thing with JJ was in this episode, when she jacks the slide back on her opponent's pistol and drops the magazine at the same time. No agency would ever teach agents to do that. It's risky to the point of impossible and it would be far better to control the gun and then either take it from your adversary or use it to break their wrist ... and then take it.
They ruined Hope IMO .... Great build up but when Monica kills Bill with no consequences ruined it for me. They should have been forced to arrest her and left the audience completely empty. The butterfly memorial was just too much sugar. The piano man ending would have worked much better.
Emily telling a cult leader that she's the FBI agent to save Reid's life even though it got her tortured and almost killed. Ellie who didn't tell the man who kidnapped her that there was another boy, letting the boy run for help Garcia talking to a boy who was being abused and finding out who the unsub was. Hotch telling a woman that her husband and son were still alive and waiting in the waiting room as she was dying to spare her the heartbreak. Reid talking down the female serial killer that thought she was cinderella by pretending to be the prince who was looking for her The woman who was kidnapped and turned into a doll and was able to gain feeling in her body parts to fight back and save the other two women's lives Evan Abby, a man who ran a group talking about how some companies need to be taken down, lured and trapped the arsioniest who killed families. He knew that he wouldn't make it out alive, so he kept the unsub there and burned down a dangerous building
