If anyone is deciding to get the Monitor. A link is in the description. That is from the LG company on Amazon and literally ships overseas to where I live as well. I live out of the United States right now and shipping is a problem, but found a great way to get this monitor with the link. Hope you buy and enjoy the monitor. It has been almost a year since I have first used it and I am still loving it til this day with gaming and editing my videos. Thank you for all the support and hit that subscribe button. :)
I just bought a LG 27UL850 and having an issue. But Solved now. Solved. After Four days of struggle. The problem was on the Xbox one X side, After messing around turning on and off every single options on the Video Fidelity&Overscan menu, Video output menu, and Video Modes Menu. There is a condition, which the Xbox one X allows to detect The Monitor's signal, and the options must be on in a right order, or it will not detect the EDID From the HDMI cable. Also, Fromthe LG monitor side, make sure, it's on Auto detect resolution mode from the 'Input' Selecting menu, also, Ultra Deep Color Mode 'ON' . Good luck guys. // (before Editing) My Xbox One X isn't allowing it to work with 4K. Even if the monitor works 4k with my laptop. I've been doing everything possible for the past four days to make it work, checking the cables, the input port's version, testing out every single options inside the LG moniotor settings. Firmware updates. nothing works. There isn't much useful information on the internet that much either. Only few thing left to try is Formating the Xbox One X but I highly doudbt it will work. God...
Future Brain no but one thing to note was that on the side if it is a black screen they have on each corner a vignetting of red but very light on the eyes. It does not show at all during gaming, editing or watching movies. The colors are still good. I use the screen from 10-4 am and 10pm-2am everyday since getting it. So it has been reliable for the past two months.
GiTxSHuM one x bro. Yes using the same cables .so frustrating .is it possible you could take a picture of all your monitor settings and mail me at nigelsteve@gmail.com. I would realllllyy appreciate it.Thank you

John Palombini lol As this post is taking away brain cells, to better explain, my girlfriend ordered it for me on Black Friday and was here before Christmas and I waited till Christmas to open it. It took 4 weeks to get to me. So do the math. Then also I have a lot of videos to record not only I made this and still making more. So subscribe.
Jesús García Gutiérrez The new Xbox releasing next year should be running 4k120fps and 6k at 60fps. The monitor is insane and I tried playing on a tv again recently and just not smooth and not sharp and clear enough. I recommend this for now. I play 6 hours a day and edit on it and use the monitor for browsing. So it gets about 8-10 hours attention daily and it is holding up with no color distortion or cracks or faulty mechanics yet.
Hey dude! Could I ask if there’s any noticeable input lag with this monitor? And with the faster response time option on the tv, can you notice much ghosting or is it all good? I’m torn between this monitor and the Samsung qled 4K 27 inch where it’s TN panelled so it’s for like no input or response issues, the only downside is I know with this LG monitor the colours and brightness will probably be better because it’s IPS. Sorry for the long post but thanks!
I am quite comfortable with the monitor to see no input lag. I do not see it that much cause I only play at a cap of 4k60fps so it is all great. I do not recommend a tn panel at all. I seen a relatives own and comparing it to mine, I cannot tell the difference. I play mostly shooting games and with motion blur on everything is smooth. So the response time is great. No hiccups to me and people have not complained for whoever got it from this review so everything is all positive. I play it 4 hours in the day and 4-8 hours at night as my main monitor. Planning to get a second one without the audio as a reference monitor for my editing. Very affordable for the specs on this.
GiTxSHuM ahh thanks mate, I really appreciate the super fast reply! Everyone’s always banging on about going with IPS over TN but was always worried with the input lag and response times but this video and your response has helped me make my final decision lol I’ve been pondering it for weeks now! 😂 I play fast paced, competitive games so this’ll be fine for it then. Thanks again mate much appreciated!
I am fine finding the lg uk600 & lg uk650 much cheaper in most places after looking at the spects it's pretty much the same moniter minus the USB-c port and rotating stand. Can anyone confirm that the spects are exactly the same?
Yes you are right. It is the same color space 10bit 8bit + 2 arc But the only difference is that the 600 does not have speakers, USBC port and I think Display Port as well. But if you are only using HDMI and headsets to your controller then you should be fine. But I use over ear headphones so it is nice to take them off once in awhile between queueing games.
Justin Land alright we’ll get whatever you prefer that suits right for you. I am satisfied with mine. I got it for a very low cost on Black Friday. I know it is high though.
Stuart Porter go to settings in game. Most games give the option for on and off. If not, go to the machines settings if that is an option. But most games may not give the option of evening turning on motion blur.
How is the input lag with this? I'm currently using a Samsung Curved white monitor (forgot the actual name) I either have good graphics with slight input lag or I can use Game Mode which gives me next to 0 input lag, but it oversharpens everything /:
The monitor is actually great. My limit is using an Xbox One X so I cap at 60fps but I really do not see any lag unless you test it or have used a monitor that is very far superb. If you are coming from a Samsung monitor especially, that would be a great upgrade for this. The link in the description would bring you to amazon so you can know more details pertaining to this monitor. Really great monitor and I use it everyday since I have got this on December 25, 2019. I use the screen for 5-8 hours and really have the brightness high. Mainly for gaming and then video editing in the afternoon. So I like it. I plan to buy another monitor in 2020 when I upgrade my desk so I can have more room to video edit. But this monitor will always be by my side until the screen dies on me. I recommend 100%.

Just purchased this monitor for my Xbox Series X next week 🙌🏼
How's the monitor after using it with series x? Do you recommend it? I'm searching for a good 4k IPS monitor for Xbox series X
good video bro, I just got this monitor for the xbox one x and the xbox series x.
Hey after two years how is it?
Picked up this monitor but can't get Variable Refresh Rate working on the Xbox.
Do you have a problem with ips glow?

Bro I have the same piece but my Xbox says 4K is not supported even though I enabled HDMI deep color .Any suggestions
Goa You have a One X or One S?
Try using the white cables that came with it or the Xbox cables. Those matter also.

How much does this cost
Lil Mummo $520 on b&h right now. That is amazing
Make sure you get the right model.

Pff, I can't imagine the graphics you see while you're playing videogames. Next gen should be Xbox One X graphics but with 60 or more fps

@@GiTxSHuM 600 does have a display port.
That's 100s of extra dollars being spent on usbc & speakers. We dont need. If I want USB c display I can simply buy an hdmi to usbc adapter for $14.00
