awesome idea for a video, but u didnt say a thing for the niche, some subcategories, monetization, maybe pros and cons, some analysis...u devoted 20-30 s to a whole niche and u moved on. I think you could do 2 separate videos analysing the niches a little but and being more helpful.

    A couple of important points:
    1. real estate info niche. Make sure if you are NOT a REALTOR® that you are NOT selling leads to agents. You can sell e-books, downloads with general information but do not cross the line to real estate information that is only allowed to be provided by licensed agents. All 50 states in the USA have real estate commissions that govern real estate law. Nearly if not all states - it is illegal for a non licensed realtor to receive compensation for real estate transactions ( unless it is your own property) and many states include this to be buyers and seller leads. If you are a real estate agent your local area is a great niche to generate leads from as well as refer leads to other agents so you can make a referral fee.
    2. Sewing niche - to Nathan: there is a ton of money to be made selling affiliate offers in this space. Sewing is now very expensive and you can sell very high end embroidery, serger and sewing machines along with being sponsored by those companies.

I went to both of the finance sites mentioned (at 30:33 and at 45:51). Both are horrible. The first one is basically a collection of links to the login pages of other financial sites, and I wasn't entirely certain that it wasn't trying to steal my credentials or flood me with malware. The other one is a poorly-written aimless meander through topics that are tangentially related to finance (like making money online), but also includes posts about totally unrelated topics like keto dieting and the top 5 African safari destinations.

Can we go with YMYL pages and expect it to grow after a year by building good authority and content? I have the expert of the field along with appropriate degree (from another country) and one reputed website that has information about the author along with his degree. I have a broad niche and YMYL is applicable only on few categories. I have posted only 30 articles in 2020, 2021 & 2022 but now planning to post at least a single article everyday. Ali Abdal has a video on not being an expert on something and why it can beneficial.

For specific city, there are many topics to cover in A-Z business reviews. Looks somewhat dificult to rank at starting, but you can gain authority quickly and can rank easily on first and second pages within 6 months. CPC will be high, so for even less page views your earnings will be high.

We sold it right after building it. I don’t know what’s been done with it since.

Ok, which one of the ladies was throwing those balloons? If it had been a guy they'd have been head shots and thrown hard enough to pop every time!

Anyone who revealed their niches in this video can now expect more competition a year from now...not smart 😞

Right, because these 75 ideas are the ONLY ideas out there. We’ve been giving out our list of over 1,000 ideas for over 2 years now and that just barely scratches the surface of what’s available.
It’s time to move past the scarcity mindset. People who fail to do so are not going to be successful at blogging.

Well, let's see in a year if these 75 niches will be saturated. My guess is that not everyone seeing these niche ideas will do the sufficient work required to beat the niches revealed in the video.
