important note: while it’s usually a bad idea to leave your fragrances in direct sunlight (like at a window sill) it’s completely fine to leave ur fragrances in indirect sunlight as the rays are usually too weak to penetrate through the bottle at that distance (still away from a window sill of course) there will only be a minor difference in your fragrances after multiple years if you always keep it in the same spot where it’s exposed to indirect sunlight. so unless you don’t think you can go through a full bottle of cologne within 1-2 decades, keeping your fragrance in indirect sunlight is fine.
Do not do this, as your free rent has an expiry date as well most fragrances last only up to 36 months so be wary as the top note of the fragrance will start to fade a little bit and smell as strong
@@raafragrances Anecdotal but i'm 29 and have had fragrances since age 15 and they have been absolutely fine. I used to keep them in the fridge funnily enough esp summer frags but now just keep them in a close wardrobe and 7-8 bottles out of my 100+ collection have gone 10 years fine. They have darkened in colour but the smell is stronger than before not weaker. Only thing that damaages fragrances is direct sunlight due to UV and or heat
Do NOT put your fragrance in fridge. Room temperature is perfectly ideal.
yup
