    Wow. Nice and wonderful inverter project. If the load current is actually taken 132amps from the 12v DC source, it means this inverter can carry up to 10000watts load if it's DC source is 72v. Thanks once again.

    Use battery power DC 72v. AC transformer 220v. How many volts will be used on the AC transformer per circuit?

    Hi, nice video. i did the same circuit twice, but i end up having a voltage drop of 7vac (213v instead of 220 with no load) with only 100W load. Any idea why ?

    I have designed this inverter for 24 volts , but i get tester phase light on for both neutral and phase wires of transformer,
    The voltage also drops to 175 volts from 240 volts on applying 6 amps load.
    My batteries are good, transformer is 2500 watt what should I do,please guide

Queria saber se vc teria a lista de componentes, e se poderia disponibilizar. Vi no vídeo que na placa tinha tipo um pequeno núcleo para medir a corrente, e não sei qual a referência. Você poderia nos ajudar ? Novamente obrigado.

    Which approach will you suggest for me for my self-built inverter? I built a number of sg3525 based inverter without much problem. But voltage drop is what I could not overcome,even though I followed most recommended designs for the feedback circuit using 12v transformer and the pin 1 of sg3525. It never worked still.
    Please advice on what could the problem be and how to get a stable output voltage.

    Thank you so much for your sharing and hard work. Is there a voltage dip when the engine is starting?.
    We see the current drawn as a maximum of 1000 Watts. The 10000 watts you are talking about. Can you test it on bigger load?

      Merhaba, Bugün sizlerle yeni bir proje paylaşacağım. 28 mosfet kullanan 10KW invertördür. 12V ile 72V arasında çalışabilir. 12v'deki güç 2000W'dır, 72V'deki maksimum güç 10000W'dir, Tabii ki kartın gücü bu, Yeterince büyük bir transformatöre ihtiyacınız olacak. 10000W / 72V için 20Kg'lık bir transformatöre ihtiyacınız var. 12V kullanıyorsanız mosfet IRF1404 öneririm, 48V IRFB4110, 72V IRFB4115 projeyi buradan indirebilirsiniz

      the output of this demonstration appears to be limited by the size of the output transformer. Bigger transformer, larger output. The board seems to be designed and populated to 10kWatts.

      @@PhdHung Yes, 132x72 = 9500 Watts, anyway transformer and heater radiator are under dimensioned, as Is Is can't reach 10KW.

    In this inverter design, it seems the current sensing for overload disconnect is done by the donut current sensor on your board (the blue component) right?
    Also, please help me to add the bottom layer, top layer and top silk layer of this pcb board in PDF format to the project rar file.
    Because of those who want to fabricate their diy pcb at home. THANKS BRO.

    Ma e possibile che nessuno si e accorto della tensione trasformata in 15v viene ridotta solo in 5v, le tensione di 12v e solo un collegamento delle piste, la tensione non esiste. come e possibile che possa funzionare calcolando che il rele e da 5v e nello schema se ci fosse la 12v viene alimentato con quella tensione. dal video si vede alla fine quando mette egs002 fa un ponte tra il 15v e il 12v. personalmente non fidandomi ho rifatto tutto lo schema a 48v. Buona fortuna ma soprattutto buon lavoro e non buttate via i soldi

    and soon will have a 12k low freq they are awesome strong inverters
    they are loaded with every thing check out the GS inverters if you ever have time
