Mike exudes sincerity. Painfully honest. Has a great sense of humor. Fearlessly introspective. How he has emerged to become the man he is today is nothing short of a miracle.

I agree...it's like he has been to the bottom and has worked his way to the summit...so humble and very raw! I appreciate his honesty...true meaning of 'You never lose, you only LEARN'

Travis Rad simmions always does that. I wish rose would jump to the ringer but he's way too prominent in espn, I'd say second only to woj but they play totally different roles, and more of a company man than Simmons was. He's real, but will play by the rules, Simmons has only his own rules.

Mike is a great example of triumph over tribulations it's great to see the mental and emotional progress he has made I could listen to his stories all day because he speaks from his experience and his heart..never filtered he expresses his joy and pain which is easy to identify with because we all go through both

Mike is 100% genuine and also very street smart this man can from a broken life back when he first started from nothing then he got to where he wanted to be for a couple of years then he lost it all now he's bouncing back this is what you call strongwill so much respect for this man he was getting hit by life he keeps getting up and going forward great role model

Na i know you weren't bro ... when you read what you typed i was focusing on him talking ... What i typed was more a thought on how blessed we are, being as our environment can dictate what kind of human we end up being in the end which is deep ... Being from Brooklyn We are from around the same area so it was just a sigh, A silent cry for the dude & females lost and a blessing thought .. Im very Proud of Jay Z, Mike, Talib, Mos ect ...

The absolute best interview that I’ve ever seen mike Tyson give. Completely authentic. 100% Real. I have a different level of respect for the brother. He is articulate well read, self educated and has a lot of personality. I appreciate his candor. Jalen rose seemed as though he wasn’t completely sure in the beginning if he should start his bafoonery. He kept looking at the cohost trying to put mikes words in a perspective so that he could understand. Mike did a great job at articulating his point. If the white guy didn’t understand maybe he should’ve asked for Clarity. I think as a people we should stop doing that let it be what it is. Jalen didn’t know what to expect and thought that he would try and save mike from embarrassing himself in which to me he never did. Much love and respect mike. The second best heavyweight to ever do it.

This interview was great. Inspired me in so many ways. It's ironic that I've had similar struggles just like Mike. And to this present day, still in the fight. Even though we are all different and come from different backgrounds we all bleed the same. With that said, if one man can address his issues no holds barred like a man, as a man in hope of what he says helps the next man, his job is accomplished. I can only hope that what I take from this that I'll be able to give back by helping the next man like Mike has helped me. And salute to Jalen! He's a remarkable analysis. My top pick. Because the way he articulates himself and the passion and drive he has to understand something and convey to the masses is a blessing. I didn't like how the other analysis focused on Mike's drug usage and downfalls however, Jalen quickly put things back in perspective to sway the audience back on track. 👌🏽👍🏽✌🏾
