This album is almost impossible to listen to all the way through - the urge to repeat tracks over and over is just too strong. 2019 has been seeing some absolutely banging hip-hop. These last two years have been volcanic when it comes to quality rap.
Denzel never disappoints, even if it hasn't been a year since TA13OO dropped.

I listened to it on behalf of a friend who actually likes his music but didn't want to listen to it all, took me 3 hours as some tracks were pretty awful so had to skip. I think I liked 6 songs from the whole 72 song album. Such as Dead Faces, both lil skies songs and some others lmao.

Ricky is about his brother who was in the Netflix documentary "DawgFight". He was one of the best fighters in the doc, but sadly was murdered. Hence why the video for the song has the people from the documentary.

Idk why but I love love LOVE the fact that Denzel has a healthy relationship with both of his parents. My dad is who got me into music so I guess I feel a kinship to the song “Ricky” lol. Either way it’s just a wholesome fact that makes me love him even more :)
