How come, when speaking english, some Italians have a hard time stopping on a consonant at the end of a word and put a vowel at the end anyway? Is it an accidenta or a can you a stoppa doing ita if you a focus a? lol I never understood why, please. Love your channel/videos by the way. (I know I'm Italian but I'm Italian American. I've seen Italians speak english this way my whole life and I'm curious).

I made this dish a few weeks ago with beef cubes instead of venison. I also made the puls with spelt grain (farro). I really enjoyed it except I put a little too much garum (I used Asian fish sauce). The next time I make this it will be with a teaspoon of fish sauce and a little bit of salt.
love these videos, i've always been fascinated by ancient cultures, especially foods, i made your recipe for Libum cake today, turned out good, but i made the mistake of using gouda, a bitter cheese, didn't turn out super good, but it was basically a giant cheese-it loaf lol
