Thank you for the advice I procrastinated leaving the streets alone because I have been afraid of failing my dream I would rather die out here but out of the heavens God gave me a new level of self confidence and that made me look for advice and I feel like this plus listening to Gary Very and Dan Lol will usher me to where I want to be in life.
I uave been procrastinating to complete the ultimate mind mastery course which i bought from alux last year but haven't completed yet! I left it and every morning i struggle to get up even when i sleep on time 11 pm but stay awake on bed untill 3 am and eventually gets trouble getting up the next day...What i have done to tackle it head on and confront this problem hanging over me from last couple of days is ,i have shifted my class timings to 7 am in morning and i will force myself to get out of bed tomorrow an hour before my classs and get some sweat out of my body following it with the Day one of the course.
@@alux I m sure in 21 days.I just hope i fix my sleeping schedule soon and mornings turn fresh for me..i m trying hard though. I want to finish it fully in next 21 days+1 day for the first practice session of module 1
I need to worry about keeping me in shape while I doing fun stuff in task because the efforts I put in is astonishing, but my health maybe somewhat a primary goal. First I practice my breathing technique. 2. Stretch some. 3. Get a bottle of water. 4. Get examination to the physician if so. 5. Meditate 6. Social distance when I can. 7.Develope a purpose in what I do. 8. Avoid frenemy

How do some people win everything like some people are successful, rich, healthy, good in relationships, good businessmen, good leaders, and the best decision makers?
The video is very great to push start your battle with procrastination and a lot of these ideas I found covered up in the book - 'Atomic Habits' by James Clear And If you want a road map I suggest checking that book out
I am not lifting a single finger trying to produce that idea again. I have tried 3 times and it bankrupt me. I am 55 years old, my body now has a lot of arthritis in my joints. I got out of the military at 34 by age 39 I had written and filmed that idea, I was ready to get it done. I still had that military spirit in me. It has been 16 yrs now, I am done trying that idea. I can't even find a decent man to be my partner. After producing that video, Men attacked me. I hold the copyright to the First Fitness for Men Fitness Video, and instead of supporting for it, they ruined my life over it. They haven't stopped, they still show the world that nasty video they drugged me to make. I am not doing it.

Yes, I read Eat That Frog by Brian Tracy too. But I don’t agree with his opinion. So, I am not a fan of tenth recommendation, because it’s counterintuitive to the recommendation no. 9. It’s much easier to succeed, if you start by small steps, and from easy to difficult, instead of tackling the complicated things first. I say this from my experience, because I tried both ways of starting and completing activities. So, my opinion is that one should start with the easiest things on his list, which will help to get the process going and build confidence. Only then the difficult or the most complex parts of the project must be initiated.
