ok....... Ive watched all the videos of all the Divided amps. I think im down to the BTR23 or the AMW 39 I cant decide.... I play mostly classic style rock music semi dirty on the amp and add gain pedals to the front end. What are your thoughts? Jeff
@jeffarowbat Thanks for the message Jeff:) I’ll hopefully do a video on the AMW 39 soon when I can borrow one from a friend... the BTR is fairly vox meets Marshall , and sounds pretty “voxy” with an open back cabinet, and really more Marshall vibe with closed back.. the AMW sounds much closer to Marshall by comparison. The AMW does have an FX Loop if you’re into that, whereas the BTR isn’t available with an FX Loop... I never have a problem with FX and the BTR since I usually use analog delays that are fairly forgiving in the front end... if I had to pick between the two, I’d probably get the BTR, it feels a tad more versatile in my opinion. You’ll definitely nail classic rock:)
Good Vid dude. I have Btr23 head and 2 x 12 cab with green backs. My fav amp by far. Not a ton of divided by 13 content appreciate it. How is that SG staying in tune so well ??? My 2015 standard which is also my fav doesn’t stay in tune at all. Play the strat more by default. Peace my brother
@chadlangley - Hey thanks Chad:) I wrestle with the SG tuning as well… I really wrench on my strings when they’re new to stretch them. There are days where nothing I do will keep the SG in tune. But I think it’s weather. It’s always the G and B strings going sharp for me. In general I usually flatten the G string by just a hair. If I’m recording a song in C then the G string will be true to pitch, but if it’s a song with an E major, then I have to flatten the G string a tad…
Thanks for reply dude. Papastache turned me on to this amp specifically and I actually called the number given on his website and he called me back and left me this super nice message and gave me insight about the amp. I have an RC booster dimed on all the time. You ever in big D hit me up Anyways best of luck to you.
Sounds fine to me :-) I’ve tried pulling faders down to not run in the red, but I haven’t really noticed a difference. Maybe I’ll notice a difference in the long run? But for now it sounds fine. (I still prefer using real speakers and microphones when I can)
@9:17 This amp does some of my favorite kind of Overdrive: Crunchy, but clear, and full of guitar tone.
Hey, if we don’t know what it is, should we go look it up? Amazing.

@@pops71fitness98 right on! (Can’t go wrong pummeling the front end with a boost 🤘🏼)
Fantastic divided by 13.... but a great amount of money
This is true- great things in life aren’t cheap:)
Is it OK to peak out the signal in the Ox app like that all the time? It’s hitting red always in your Ox app master volume.

What power tubes did it have?
@Simone Saponaro KT88
Thank you! Were they run in Class A or Class AB?
@@simonesaponaro4913 for this one I don’t remember… might say on the divided by 13 website
KERRANG!!!!
Sounds so juicy man
KERRANG!!!
KERRANG!!!! The exact word to describe the BTR tone.
You said you weren't to color the sound and then your color the sound lol
@Loving peace Oh I meant not coloring the sound with gear after the ox… so just ox straight into interface
