According to the left, since she is 13, she has the right to an abortion and can have a sex change operation without her parent's consent (in some states), she also has the right to sleep with anyone she wants, regardless of age. These ideas are based on the fact that only recently in the west was the age of consent raised to 16. In Germany, it was 14. In Japan it is still 13 in some areas. Belgium was known as the "kiddie porn" capital of Europe in the 70s, since it's age of consent was 12, I think. In much of the world, kids are used for sex, it's just seen as normal, like slavery used to be. Only in America do people get upset. I'm not defending underage sex; it is harmful to the girls both physically and mentally. It's just that in much of the world, it's not considered a bad thing. THAT is one of the defenses pedo's use to excuse their actions.
@@Folker46590 14 years as an adult in Germany is very risky though, because it's only legal as long as you don't exploit the girls sexual imaturity or pressure her into sex. If that happens -> immediate rape charge. And since she can always claim that you pressured her and the legal system will always believe the little girl instead of the 25 year old that wanted to sleep with a child, you are fucked. Aside from it being morally wrong, just out of self preservation, you should never risk it. 16 and above with an adult is fine as long as it's not prostituion, Which I personally consider fair game, 16 year olds are mature enough to decide who to sleep with
@@Folker46590 Take your propaganda elsewhere you political hack. If anything, it has been the highly conservative South with low ages of consent, and pageants with 5 year olds with fake lashes making purity pledges to their fathers in mock marriage ceremonies. And as a liberal, I'd be proud to stand by a decision to get this girl an abortion if this monster had impregnated her. @@TWEAKLET that is f****ing beautiful!! Thanks for sharing. I needed a smile.
When I heard that little girl say “my stomach hurts” I think I straight up blacked out from rage for a second. Jail and the amount of torment he gets for the rest of his life isn’t enough
my hand was resting on my leg and as soon as she said that i raked my nails down my thigh in anger. castration without anesthetic would be my choice of punishment. strip him down to his birthday suit and hose him down with freezing water, then let him sit in a cold shower stall for hours. these.... stains of humanity should be removed from this earth. disgusting. waste of resources. my list could go on. i hope this prick faces his reckoning.

It wasn't a nice and comfy sigh he made but a frustrated and disappointed sigh.
Disappointed to know the act had already been done.
i wish stories like this could be aired on the news, it gives people faith in the world when most media just takes it away.
"If I have to ask you that question again, I'm gonna lose my fuckin' mind." - Legend, 2021
At that point it looked to me like he was resisting arrest, just saying.
He doesn't have to answer any questions. And what is he being charged with. This is ridiculous.
@@scottashe984 I hope this is a joke
@@scottashe984 Found the nonce!
@@scottashe984 He’s not under arrest so he can be asked any question the officer chooses, in any manner he chooses. If he is suspected of committing a crime, i.e. kidnapping or aggravated criminal sexual assault of a child he is required to give his full name, date of birth, phone number, email, or anything else that can be used to identify him or contact him for further questioning if he is released.
P.S. you’re ridiculous for defending a pedophile.

"Yup that's exactly what happened"
😂🤣😂🤣😂

"Yeah I couldn't believe his determination either"
i still think these are less severe than murders, manslaughters or horrible mental/physical abuse cases
like you get 1-10 years for having sex with child in finland while manslaughter of second degree gives 8-13
while murder gives 13-15 and longest sentence in finland ever is 22 years
i support finnish laws in its form as it is
@Uncle Ho i support humans rights for freedom and chances of changing lives
i support what finnish judicial system and many other nordic countries where life standard is way above usa has proven to be good so based on everything i have the model finland and other nordic countries is leagues above that of usa locking everyone up for life in my opinion taking ones life is never justified and i see life sentence and death sentence as forms of that taking anothers life. now whats your basis on your opinion
i have the quality of life, low crime rate and high rate of people not going back to prison
usa has lot of recurring prisoners and way too many prisoners overall

its an empty threat. he couldn't do shit, and he didn't need to answer the question.

I have seen this video before, and both times I had cried. That police officer was so amazing, and fast, and he saved that poor child. I am just amazed at how wonderful he was. He is the definition of a true hero.
That “alright. I’m on the way” made me picture that cop in a 10 gallon cowboy hat with two revolvers on his waist lol.

When he said: "If I ask you that question again ima lose my fucking mind" I couldn't help but laugh a little because I genuently feel him. No Idea how he stays this cool through all of this.

What does genuently mean?

I would’ve lost my mind
I don't know how he managed that either. I probably would've shot the creep on the spot and said something to the lines of: "God is going to be your judge."
Would've been arrested myself and put in jail afterwards, but that would've been worth it. ...Probably a good thing that I'm not a police officer.
“Sheriff’s Office, back up” has to be one the most relieving words that poor little girl could have ever heard.

@Branticus Maximus as fucked up as that would be, technically it still would be. As an analogy even if you kill one person if that killing prevents 50 other killings is that not a net positive?
Girl's classmate literally saved her life! Information girl's classmate provided was crucial in finding her. Also, kudos to the officer's persistence.
the girl willingly went with the guy, she knew what she's getting into, i dont think her life was in danger.
@@edwinhong3452 "she knew what she's getting into'" lol are you dumb?
nice to see cops going after real criminals once in a while , in any case the guy didn't hurt the girl , he should face lesser charges , if the girl was hurt it would have been a different story , a 13 year old girl is too young to go on a date , the minimum age is 16 , that guy should have known better and his a piece of shit but he hasn't committed any crime that would warrant major charges , as for the police , nice to see the cops doing their job for once , it was a good ending
@@edwinhong3452 yeah the 13 year old knows exactly how the world works and what will she make out of her life :)

That’s actually not going an extra mile that’s how police are supposed to be. They’re supposed to SERVE AND PROTECT. Just bc what they mostly do now is abuse and kill doesn’t mean this is above and beyond.
