Chappell is a rare case where I became a fan well before she really blew up in the last few months. It's been amazing to be able to watch so many people discover and fall in love with her and her music.
This is the first I've watched of you. Love your vibe and the special effects for the fire songs, so it's not going to be my last. A couple thoughts: Congratulations, you're the only reactor I've seen that pronounced "Femininomenon" correctly with no prompting. Fun fact, that was going to be the name of the album, but none of her friends could get it right. Another thing that I find amusing is that the song "Ultra Modern Super Graphic Girl" came from reading an architectural digest where they described something as ultramodern and super graphic, and she was like "Same, girl!" This album and Billie's "Hit Me Hard And Soft" are my my soundtrack for the summer. So obsessed. If you plan on watching more of Chappell, while her official music video's are great (especially casual), she really comes blooms on live sets. I highly recommend her NPR Tiny Desk Concert performance. She really brings out her drag aesthetic and persona, and you can really tell that her and her band are having a blast.

@@reba_lou It'd be cool, but I'm so glad that "femininomenon" isn't the album's name. Its name is perfect, since if you pay close attention to the lyrics, the storytelling of the album is literally about the rise and fall of a Midwest Princes.
So there is a theory going around that Sabrina rode Taylor Swifts coat tails by opening for her and then blowing up after being in the industry for 8 years. Chappell rides Olivia's coat tails opening for her and blowing up after 10 years in the industry
Her stage name is in honor of her grandfather, Dennis Chappell, and his favorite song, “The Strawberry Roan.”
