Watched your vid earlier. Always interested in views on the Vixen. By pure coincidence, I have just seen someone post about wanting to get rid of a Bearcat on a forum I'm on, they're up in Scotland.
The vixen is an awesome looking gun I will probable get a closer look at them when its time for a new one,, your content is really good. Keep up the good work, cheers
Hi mate. The only thing putting me off buying the vixen is that it's quite loud unless you change the shroud to the carbon shroud,and also then I'd have to change the plastic cage to the aluminium one as I use a rest and would get the poi that you had when resting it.

Don’t get me wrong the long version with the standard shroud is fairly quiet but if you’re looking for mouse fart then yes you would be better getting the shroud from George or other makers etc! As for the alloy hand rail the only reason why I got POI is because it was resting on something it’s easily corrected if you rest further up to the block it goes straight away. Hope this helps mate. Hi, that’s a great question there both equally as accurate and offer the shooter different things I’d love to own both if I’m honest! The 177 vixen is an outstanding modern lightweight tactical style gun and the revere is a true huntsman rifle with spirit as it’s a wooden stock. Thanks for watching mate.

Hi in my humble opinion they’re both brilliant mate it all depends on what you want from your pcp? They both have there pros & cons mate the vixen is like a modern day airgun & as is the revere but the revere has spirit as its a true bondsman rifle. Hi thanks for watching mate you can’t beat an old springer and every airgunner should have one in my humble opinion I have an old air arms but it’s loaned out! I think it’s like anything mate times change and so do products and how they work! It’s like electric cars I wouldn’t ever want one but people buy them and love them! The benefit of a pcp is they’re lightweight, multi shot and vertically silent! No recoil but don’t get me wrong I love firing an old springer and the nostalgia it brings. Thanks for your comment. Hi mate yes of course I joined in January 2022 and my job changed work commitments and just couldn’t get there as much as I wanted. Now my job is lot more suited to my lifestyle and I don’t work weekends so I can enjoy my passion more now. Hope that’s cleared it up. Thanks for watching. Denny.

A sling is very handy when you are carrying a chair ,camo nets ,tripod ,bag of scran and a flask lol
