I had my rhinoplasty in 87, absolute best thing I ever did. It took almost a full year to regain 100% sensation.
can you breathe with those white gauzes under your nose? and if so how cause i’m scared to get mine done because of this reason
@@divineariestarot558 I have my rhinoplasty yesterday, I must tell you it's a struggle for me to breathe, I'm breathe thru my mouth, but my doctor will take the cast inside of my nose till Tuesday, I'm hoping Tuesday comes soon.
I was in a car accident in high school where the other driver was at fault and due to damage I was referred to a plastic surgeon and I will always call it my blessing in disguise. My nose was always my biggest insecurity that was fixed due to an accident.
I'm still waiting for someone hit me in the car. Lol

I'm 2 days post-op and I'm really happy I finally did it after contemplating it for 3 years.
glad you like your results!! who’d you go to
8 days post op I did it at age 31 should've done this when I was way younger but definitely happy
I love this!! Thank you for the transparency; you look beautiful either way. Getting surgery does not mean you don’t love yourself; it’s an alternative to enhance certain things you may not like.
Thank you! Yes I totally agree, sometimes you just want a little alterations
I don’t usually comment on videos but just had to. A few years back when i was prepping for nursing school, i watch your videos for tips // motivation // what to expect and it immensely helped me. Today i’m almost finished with school and looking into NICU as a speciality, i looked up day in the life videos on NICU and you popped up, everything’s full circle and you are such an inspiration and so amazing! Thank you for all you do
I am having rhinoplasty next month. I am going to Turkey. I’ve done lots of research and I’m very excited. Wish me luck. 🍀 ❤
How did it go?💕
Hopefully you don’t get kidnapped
Do you like your new nose?
Hello everyone I ended up postponing I was not ready yet, I lost my deposit, but I was able to get my flight refunded so I will just prepare myself more mentally if I want to do it in the future

You have the most natural, beautiful nose job I've ever seen. Wow!
Wow I didn't even notice it's so natural!! Love you!
You literally look amazing! Even in your recovery photos I’m so happy you love the results! I always get nervous hearing about the horror stories of plastic surgery. Love your content💕💕
this took me down memory lane I’ll be a year post op in June ! your nose looks amazing and so natural to your facial features 😊
Thank you 🥰🥰🥰
it looks so so nice girll!!! I have oily skin too and I remember the day I got my cast removed my nose was literally covered in pimples even though I dont usually struggle with acne and you’re the first youtuber who mentioned this so thank you 🤍🤍🤍
This was so helpful for me! Im in the hospital right now after having the surgery today. Thanks for letting me know what to expect! Feels very comforting to know the first week is the worst and it only gets better from there! Thank you 🙏🏼 ❤
I want a rhinoplasty but I’m getting lipo and breast lift 1st 😩 them long tatas got to go I’m excited. I’m planning 2023 for the nose.
Thank you for your honesty! So many people give this “ain’t no thing” with recovery so it’s nice to hear the truth and be prepared
I had a car wreck, and my face hit something- not sure what- and then the air bag hit me. Broke nose terribly. Deviated septum - quite a few issues. I go to the consult December 6. Thank you for this video. I am scared, and at 47, I no longer scare easily. I have an adult daughter with 2 grandchildren - pretty much have seen it all. 😂
I appreciate you sharing this. Although I'm still nervous, this has helped a lot.
Btw, you are so pretty, and I'm glad you had such awesome results.
😐
Thank you! I’m literally day 4 post op and I’m terrified that I’ll have a piggy nose! The cast and splints are uncomfortable and the sutures on my septum area are sensitive. It’s such a hard surgery because it’s literally the center of your face! I’m praying I love the results when he takes the cast off on Wednesday! Wish me luck!
HOW WAS IT???
jst had my surgery 5 days ago and am in the piggy/swelling stage now. How long until this went away for you? My brithday's in a month so hopefully I can take pictures then
Thank you! I'm scheduled for surgery in two days. I'm excited and a bit anxious. Your video was very helpful and I hope you'll give another update. You're beautiful!
How did everything go? :)
@@KelzMo07 Perfect! I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome so far! Today is two weeks pody op. All bruising is gone; my nose is still swollen but looks fantastic. Thanks so much for asking.
The result is amazing and suits you very much. I had an open rhinoplasty in Thailand and I absolutely love my nose, it’s only been 3 weeks but it’s taking shape and I can’t wait to see how it looks in the next few months. ❤😊
Hey. Please reply for how long the dark patch under eyes gonna last? Thank youuu
I got a nose job rhinoplasty and I do not regret it it feels great literally.
They did amazing work! You looked beautiful either way , but the results look extremely natural and it fits your face! I would have never known 🥰
😐🌽
I have wanted this ever since I was 16
You look great! happy you are doing what makes you happy. ❤️
Thank you 🥰
Love love love your REALNESS. I myself want a rhinoplasty as well. I think your nose looks amazing 😍
I want a nose job to but I’m scared the doctors will give me a botched nose lol. Do your doctor have a lot of ethnic(black) patients?? I want to make sure she has enough experience with ethnic people like myself. ❤️ yess make a part 2 please !
I'm glad people in your life was supportive. That always helps. Also, you still look great. I see the difference from the side, it's not like wow she looks so differen what did she have done??!!! You know what I mean?
You look great!! Happy healing.
❤thank you for being real about the post op, i had the same experience, like exactly and nobody told me, wish I found you before. It was fine I was ok but i wish i had been prepared better. You look great, excellent results.
did you wear nose retainers? Your results are great and very natural.
You can love who you are without loving a certain physical feature. Its sad that people think "loving yourself" or "self love" means "loving your looks" aka being completely self absorbed and/or conceited. It's ironic because the greatest expression of self love is actually your ability to love others. Typically you project onto others how you feel about yourself. Its funny because since my rhinosplasty I've found I'm able to connect with people on a deeper level, because Im not consantly worried about how their viewing me, and being self concious about my looks. Whats more ironic is where before I thought about my looks alot, now without this looming cloud I rarely think about my looks, and freed up more space/time in my mind to think and look out for those around me. Hope this makes sense. 😅 Your results are BEAUTIFUL! ❤😇🥰
Love what you comment, you are wise and kind
My nose looks similar to your before im having my surgery in 2 months 🥹 i been wanting to do this since im 12 im 28 now and i ALWAYS would hold or hide my nose your results look great!!! Im so excited for my results ty for this video ❤
I hope that's not you in profile picture girl where is the big nose? Yall make me look like picconichio
Wow, this is a great video, thank you. This is something I have been contemplating for YEARS and this is very informative, as I too have thick skin and more of an ethnic nose, face and look. I am scheduling the procedure in the next few weeks and this was a homer video for me. Ty
Wow your nose looks so good! 🙌🏽
Your nose looks beautiful!! But as a nurse myself who has to wear N95s occasionally at work, can you wear a N95 after a nose job or only surgical masks?
My surgeon recommended I not wear a N95 for 3 months post op
I’m sure your hospital has PAPRs that you can use if someone’s on airborne precautions
omg I thought you were Raven Ross from Love is Blind! You are sooo pretty! Your nose looks sooooooooo good!!!
I just had my third rhinoplasty so I'm kind of an expert now lol! 1st one was botched, then had a major 7 hour revision with a new surgeon and yesterday I had my second revision with him to do a few more repairs.
how was your first botched if i can ask? anything to look out for to avoid getting a botched one?
@@DianaD113 Yes! First of all be sure to go to a surgeon that specializes in FACIAL plastic surgery and is also board certified in ENT. I didn't know this at first so I went to a general plastic surgeon. Huge mistake. He took out too much cartilage and left me with no septum. I developed what's called saddle nose deformity, my nose collapsed and I lost the ability to berathe. It was horrible and I don't want anyone to go through that.
@@tacosmargs58 oh wow, im so sorry that happened to you! i hope everything is way better than after your revisions. thank you for the solid advice though, who was your first surgeon if i can know? so messed up that some surgeons will operate outside of their expertise!
@@DianaD113 Thanks so much. I'm always willing to share my story. First surgeon was Ryan Hoffman in Philadelphia. He shouldn't be practicting on anyone's face. His office also ignored me after the fact, never gave me any money back or any acknowlegement. I hope they like all the negative reviews I've left all over the internet...
@@tacosmargs58 cudos to you for leaving reviews, im sure other women are afraid to bash their doctor but it will really help other women
I live in Houston, Texas as well and have been considering getting a nose job. So thank you for making this video because I didn’t know where to start or who to go to. If you don’t mind me asking, What was the cost?
Dr Sanaz charges around 9-10k for rhinoplasty
Hi I wanna tell you Jesus Loves You So Much He Gave His Life for our sins so we can be forgiven from our sins and Go To Heaven! Gods Love For Us Is Unconditonal
I have my rhinoplasty yesterday, I must tell you it's a struggle for me to breathe, I'm breathe thru my mouth, but my doctor will take the cast inside of my nose till Tuesday, I'm hoping Tuesday comes soon.
You did not have a droopy nose tip, it was 90 degree which is the ideal for masculine noses. Your new nose looks lovely!
Accept she’s not a man
Did you only have to take a week off work? Would a bedside nurse need more time off? Your results are perfect!! Beautiful! 😍
Hey! i just wanted to ask u regarding going back to work how long did it take u? I work as a RN in hospital and we have to wear mandatory N95 and goggles so i gotta start my shifts again post 2 weeks of my surgery im concerned whether its gonna ruin the nose job cause those masks are so tight! should i ask for a custom splint from my surgeon to protect it during the times i wear mask and work?
I was wondering the same!
I love your genuiness!!! And you're funny
Great vlog, thanks for sharing! You mentioned blackheads. What happened to your pores etc after the surgery? Do you feel like the scar tissue or the stretching of the skin made it look smoorher in any way?
I went to her as well! I’m 3 days post op.
Your results are amazing 💕 definitely makes me want to get a rhinoplasty done before hopefully getting into nursing school 🤞🏻
Does it hurt to sneeze after you get a nose job done?
Congratulations! You are and have always been beautiful. Love this for you. Nothing wrong with changing a long time insecurity. I’m insecure about my arms/shoulders. Unfortunately I don’t think there’s a surgery for me but I’d do it in a heartbeat if it was available haha
feel this
People who told you that you don't love yourself, have a very elementary understanding, if even that, of what self-esteem is all about. You look much better and now you can really be yourself instead of being self conscious of what was a disfiguring appearance. There are a lot of people, especially women, against rhinoplasties. They might be worried that you will look prettier or have more self esteem (afterwards) than they do. You did the right thing and made a financial sacrifice as well as went through pain. Rhinoplasties have plummeted in the US last I checked the data, and this scenario is due to a very misguided agenda.
How much time off did you take? How did the recovery process go over at work? Patients? Your mask putting pressure there?? Also, how did you go about finding a plastic surgeon? We have very similar bridges and I’ve thought about this for a long time as well. Thanks!
I only took a week off of work. I made sure to position my surgical mask wasn’t resting on my bridge or tip. I found my surgeon via hashtags on Instagram and thoroughly reviewed her
you look so beautiful your nose is soo pretty
You should do a one year update on this!
Who is your doctor?
Your nose looks beautiful. I am 5 weeks post op. Do you still feel the stitches when making a facial movement at your 4 months mark? I am wondering how long it is going to start feeling normal again.
Hi! do you have any tips on supplements to aid the healing process and/or calm down the swelling?
Did wearing a mask for work bother your recovery?
So happy for you !! ❤️
You look beautiful 😍 I love your new nose it’s so cute!😂🥰
Thank you for sharing, after how long were you able to breath normally by the nose please ?
Im on day 3 of recovery for a septorhinoplasty and I am literally counting down the days till I get my stents removed. Literally the most uncomfortable and anxiety inducing recovery especially bc I have internal stents
can you breath through them?😭
Thanks so much for making this video!
Hi! I am so late to the game on this but going for a rhinoplasty in March :) I had a septoplasty a few years ago and it was rough, but my biggest question - what do you EAT while healing? During my last recovery I think I only ate frozen fruit (to suck on) and yogurt because I couldn't chew. Big veggie person here so not being able to chomp was an issue. Food ideas during recovery?
I’ve heard that the bruising under the eyes can stain ? Has anybody experienced this ? Because I already have very dark under eyes and I’m scared my bruising might cause it to be darker 😩😩
It looks really good! subtle change.
Yes I would like to get rhinoplasty. I just have not been sure who to trust and go too. But I’m sure you as a nurse did your research plus I can see the results which look amazing! 🤩 so I am going to save your surgeons info :)
This was really interesting, thank you for sharing! Your nose looks great!
Thank you!
Thank you for this!! I will also get a nose job and with Dr. Harirchian as well so this is soooo helpful!
How long after your procedure did you wait to use the pore strip?
How much was it? It looks so good😍I’m considering getting fillers first then debating if I should get surgery
Thanks so much for posting this! Very informative. I'm actually getting surgery soon, too. I am wondering if you could explain more about what it was like to get put to sleep? This is the part that freaks me out!! Like, what does it feel like? How do they do it? What does it feel like when they put the stuff in, like do you get sleepy or is more like wide awake to instantly out? Could you have stayed awake if you would have tried or is it impossible? Haha. Basically whatever you remember about that part would be helpful. Thanks so much!
for rhinoplasty they generally use general anesthesia and it’s not something you’re going to remember process wise. they give you and IV and then boom you close your eyes and then open them and it’s all over. it feels like all you did was blink but also it felt like i just slept really good. i asked for laughing gas before the IV so that i was a little loopy before being put under. you cannot fight the anesthesia lol, you will lose
I’m due for surgery with Dr. Sanaz in less than a month! I will have to travel for work 2 weeks after surgery, I’m really hoping I’ll look at least decent by then. Lol
You look great!😊
Did you have to tape your nose after the cast was removed ?
Beautiful ❤
looks amazing!
You look gorgeous! I've always wanted to do this for myself and if I ever do I'm going to Texas.
It was miserable for me too, my surgery lasted about 4 hours, the first night I was throwing up , and it was very painful, I had to take my pain medicine for about six day, it's been six weeks and still hurts, I am already seeing the results and I like it, also was painful when the doctor removed my stitches
Very informative, thank you! You look great. And love your hair too
Looks beautiful!
I like how your nose turned out.. with that cute slope. Ive noticed drs here in the US do mostly straight noses but for women it looks better with a little slope. When were you able to breathe and sleep normally?
i love your energy! thank you for this video. mine is scheduled January 18th.
Your nose looks great; it compliments your beautiful lips and dimples!🤗 ❤️
How much time off did you need to take from work ? Your nose looks great btw!
Thank you! I took a week off of work
@@TheNurseNook wow i figured you would be off for WEEKS! That is amazing. Do you find you breathe easier after the surgery? You sound kind of stuffed up in the video.
I want a nose job. My question is how long are u in the hospital
After how many months we can do blackhead removal
Wow! You look amazing!
I loved your nose before and I love your nose after! ❤️ Thanks for sharing.
Woooooow!!! Your nose looks great but still looked nice before too :) She did awesome... When did they say you could blow your nose? What to do about regular nose bleeds and rubbing your nose if Allergies happen? Btw Arrnica is awesome in taking, my Physician had me taking Arnica 30 for pain & swelling (Homeopathic) but I like it since it's natural...
Did you tell the hospital staff that you were an RN and that your bf is an NP? I hear that once hospital staff hear that you're a nurse they don't treat you as a patient they treat you as a nurse which can be good or bad. Bad because you need to just be a patient in recovery post op, not a nurse. If you know what i mean..
I did. My OR nurse actually used to work in the same hospital as me so we had something in common to chat about.
@@TheNurseNook okay great! I'm glad you had a good experience😊
Thank you for sharing your experience of your rhinoplasty 👍🥰
You look awesome 👍
The doctor did excellent job
Would you kindly tell me exactly how much you got to pay for this rhinoplasty surgery
And the doctor address, I would be appreciate it
can you breathe with those white gauzes under your nose? and if so how cause i’m scared to get mine done because of this reason
No. You can't. But you can after your cast removal in a week.
Ik it’s off topic but I love your hair do u ever do hair care routine ?
Did you have a closed rhinoplasty?
If you got a nose job you didn't like the way you looked and wanted to fit a mould you believe was better. That is a fact of your actions. No one changes what they like only what they don't.
You look sooo good
Who's your plastic surgeon?
So how much was the total cost ?
For how long did you take Bromelain after rhinoplasty? 😊
I’m so happy I came across your video. My surgery with Dr. Sanaz Harrichian tomorrow!! Freaking out alittle but your video gave me so much comfort ❤
How’d it go
Hello you look great! How much did you pay if you don’t mind telling me x
can you take morphine for the pain? in case the pain is that bad?
Did you resume your regular skin care routine during your rhinoplasty recovery?
i’m 26 when i’ll have the money
i’ll definitely do rhinoplasty, sadly it’s not something an average person just can afford
