Sweet potatoes are very good for health. When I was young, children in my village often herded buffaloes and dug up roasted sweet potatoes. It was so fun and peaceful. Does anyone still remember?
The whole bean thing …The texture,the skins all dry and bland with no flavor…… I can see why this is not popular anywhere else. The craziest thing is their use of hotdogs and processed cheese as a gourmet ingredient!!! It’s like trying to add all this stuff into one dish as an American style dish….. Americans don’t really eat pickles, olives etc etc all together!! American food is individualized …. Not everyone eats the same thing with 4 different condiments or 10 different ingredients for a sandwich. It’s crazy!! No one eats the same thing one way and condiments are always on the side !!! You just don’t see over in Asian cuisine. They fix a dish with no variation.

The potatoes were not cleaned well...the peel was removed but the worms was not removed
