You too have the right to call yourself a Korean. You are emotionally attached to that country and their culture. You can call yourself a Korean.
The main issue with that video is that in this day and age, people have multiple, sometimes conflicting, identities. There is the ethnicity you were born into, and the culture you grew up in. No one has control over what they were born as, no one asked to be born a specific ethnicity. In my opinion your identity generally more aligns with your environment. And bro, you're more Indian than most people, and definitely more so than anyone in that video. Yes you're Korean, but you've spent majority of your life as an Indian, so you're Indian. You aren't some secret fake Indian that made up an identity to fool Indians, once you start talking no one would ever question whether you're Indian lmao
