The LA influencers will always end up having the same content on the same week with the same group of people at the same places. It's almost like if youve seen one of theirs, you dont have to see the rest.
Whereas yours are truly about your daily life, fashion style, travels and habits in a completely level of your own. Your location makes you different from the rest and special :)

I don't know how long you've followed Annie's youtube channel but Annie has always been a person who moves around a lot. She grew up in Sweden, then lived in New York, London, Dubai, then Munich. She never stays at one place for that long.

Annie, as I Cali girl I want to thank you for commenting there’s a good n bad side to LA. As beautiful as it is here, we also have a homeless epidemic n people don’t talk about that enough. LA is also very expensive, traffic is terrible, full of transplants n fake people. But if u can see pass all that, LA is one of the most beautiful city. The weather is amazing, the city is very diverse n we have amazing food here. Both healthy n cheat day worthy. Have a safe trip home!
I am from the San Francisco Bay Area an I lived in LA for many years. I totally agree...the prices here are outrageous and there is a lot of homelessness etc. But, the food options, diversity and weather (even up north) is really hard to replicate anywhere else. xoxo

Haven’t been to Frisco in awhile. How is it now? My relatives tell me the homeless epidemic is worse up North. Makes me so sad. I’m thinking about making a trip up North this year.

When u visit, please research the area you’ll be staying at. DTLA is convenient but is very sketchy at night. Enjoy ur visit n stay safe.

I would rather suggest barcelona Annie! I think you can Have the same city like living, beach and hike as in LA. Price wise is waaaaaay cheaper and you have healthcare + family! Please reconsider 🙏🏼
I hope you decide to stay in Germany and enjoy the change of seasons and the history. But if you make the move, I urge you to think about staying away from a high rise apartment in case there is a baby or dog or cat down the road!

If I were you, I would never trade free healthcare and education for some extra sunny days and a couple of overpriced fancy food stores. That just my opinion and personal experience, as an international student in the U.S.

Annie, now that you mentioned the good and not so good parts of L.A.. I'm curious to know if you have ever hear of SKID ROW ? Cant remember how many acres it is, but it's where the homeless population of LA is found. Actually there is a RUclips channel called Soft White Underbelly, which I'm obsessed with lol., well this channel interviews alot of homeless and drug addicts and the interviews give viewers and insight of the not so luxurious side of LA.

Annie already lived in the US, in New York for 5 years, she also lived in London and Dubai. I don't know how she makes that work but she never stays at one place for too long.

Annie did you guys venture to Orange County at all while here in California. There definitely is some cool places in the LA area but Orange country is lovely, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Corona Del Mar etc. That’s where I live so of coarse I’m partial to it. Just knowing the things you like I could definitely see you fitting in there well. The coast through those cities from Newport, Corona Del Mar, Laguna to Dana Point is beautiful. You need to go the Montage Hotel in Laguna if you haven’t already. The coastline is so beautiful.

I agree!! Many times when she's filming her outfits in the mirror- she is stepping forward and then backwards, forward and backwards..I get so dizzy and sick watching!! hi annie, if you are trying to reduce waste, buying fast fashion brands like zara and h&m might not be the best idea. they not only create so much waste in the production process, they create a lot of other environmental problems. Not to mention horrible manufacturing condition for the workers. I would love to see you explore more sustainable options like second hand shopping and vintage shopping. it’s better for the environment and contributes less to climate change.

Focusing on just the good things isn't always a good thing. LA has a terrible amount of homeless people plus the healthcare is horrendous. But good luck to you two if that's what you want.
Annie can I ask on how you will get a visa for yourself and Mo to live in the US? I know they are very strict and especially with Mo being Muslim wouldn’t it be hard for you to move there?

nadia liekens it’s just a big city, one of the problems that comes with it. Also I guess not enough government help
@@MelissaLynn Living in Europe and in a fairly small village so I was not aware how big the issue was (we have maybe 5 homeless man where we live and everybody knows them)
Cost of living compared to pay grade, not easy to commute; you need a car, traffic is no joke. Plus side: beautiful weather, not far from either the beach or ski sites when it's season, overall healthy lifestyle; seems to be a better sense of work life balance
