An extraordinary Toyota advertising . A Toyota customer asked why Toyota cars (with some exceptions) do not have hydraulic or gas cylinders/pistons to support the hood. Toyota replied: why would you need such parts, when you lift the engine hood, only once a year, when you do the technical inspection (filters and oil changed). I'm a Toyota lover!!! For over 15 years, I have had and only have Toyota cars and I don't even want to hear about other brands.
How can you say that? This youtuber dont know how to drive correctly a Toyota hybrid car. Is always flooring the accelerator. He doesn't understand how transmission works on this cars. You need to drive for 4000km at least to fully know the system. You can at 140kmh and consume 5l100km, Just get foot out of accelerator and gentily press again only enough to maintain the speed
Thank you for the test drive , love this car.For a city car would you recommend the chr or the yaris hybrid? Lastly i would like to suggest to use a pov camera.
Yaris Cross is cheaper and has the upgraded lithium-ion battery making it a lighter package. It also doesn't have a blind spot the size of the titanic.
Can't stand those gearboxes that function like a cvt... In addition a BMW 320i is more efficient when driving on the autobahn >120kmh. I hate these hybrids. I wish more manufactures would implement a hybrid concept like Honda did with the CRZ: just a manual gearbox.
@@TESTDRIVEFREAK , This is absolutely correct. I bought one in November and even driving in and out of the city at the same time, it's doing an average of 4.3.... Fantastic car, nothing to say until now. I just don't like not having a spare tire. I decided to buy one, I feel safer and besides that once used that foam, we keep the tire unusable and we have to buy one. Excellent channel, keep the good work. Merry Christmas to the whole family.
@@claptoned0 I do about 100 kilometres a day, so I think Camry would be better suited to my needs, I had one on a weekend test, about 6.5L per 100 km, that's the same as my diesel but eh, I want an upgrade

toyota is the quality god, toyota principles are like the bible for the Car industry
I think thats the best car presentation video I ever saw, hugly detailed without being too long
The beauty of silence.
Loved the review👍🇸🇮
Thank you! Nice review. I can have a clue now about the consumption.
The best review ive ever seen.

@@fernandolopes4601 The explaination about the car and the systems are very understandable. That is what i need my friend.
Danke. Schöner, unverfälschter Gesamteindruck!
best test on YT. Keep it short and simple
J'ai chr depuis 6 mois .sur autoroute a 130 km heures. Conso 8 litres pour 100 km.

it would be good car, but i hate speedometer panel design, new corolla hatchback have much better version of it
Very nice video. Thanks bro✌🏻

Hi, kannst du was zur Lautstärke im Innenraum sagen, vor allem zwischen 130 und 160? Top Video so nebenbei!
Nice test thanks
Bravo!
Wow, that cabin is so quiet, even a small fart and you would hear it....
the 1.8 is just soooo gutless, if you aren't driving around towns or cities the majority of the time the 2.0l is a much better choice
It's too bad that North American and Malaysian Toyota C-HR models don't get tail lights like those.
Der 2.0 VVT-i Hybrid ab Ende 2019, wäre doch vielleicht die bessere Wahl ;) Trotzdem, schönes Video.

I'm sorry I know this is a 2 year-old video but what colour is this vehicle
I just love it
Whats the colour ??
would settle a lot of questions to do exactly same tests with 2.0L ….
We have tested 2x with 2.0 liter, check our channel or type at search: toyota C HR test drive freak
And here you go
Wieviel Tank inhalt bei voll?
Schöne Leihwagen dank Europcar
Good video
You should use the GPS measurement to be more exact :)
GPS doesn't measure the exact speed u fool
Driving starts 5 minutes in
Obviously no Autobahncruiser.
that’s really disappointing MPG at 100mph…
Is this the C Club version?
So loud at high speeds. That’s grandma/granddads car
@Tecnologia Spiegata lol, from where did you get info about 2000 rpm? It does't have rev couter
Don’t talk too much

come sputtanare un motore ibrido....quelle accellerate e rallentamenti continui, non fanno bene al motore ibrido!!!
First Comment! Great video!
Batmobile
consume more fuel then normal gasoline cars and vs diesel dont have some or any chance especially at high speeds
City fuel consumption is between 4-5 liter
@@TESTDRIVEFREAK if electric engine help

Pick up not good
It's looks dusty crusty and busty

My neighbour has one of these, he finds it extremely efficient but my God it's so so ugly
yes very efficient in city, about 4-5 liter
But very pleasant to drive, very good road holding and confortable! Try it, you will love it !
@@claptoned0 Hello 😊 I was actually thinking about the new Toyota Camry instead, I just really don't like the look of the C-HR
