    hi, i have tailbone pain (coccyx) and im currently 13 weeks pregnant. are these excercises okay for me?

      It really depends on how you feel afterwards. If it doesn't aggravate your pain too much, and you're back to normal the day after a workout, then you should be okay! Just take things at your own pace.
