It was fun to watch this, having gone to Disneyland for the first time this year! The lines for Indiana Jones and Pirates were super long when I went, so next time I'm headed there first.
Indiana Jones is always one that has a long line. I always recommend that or Rise of the Resistance as the first things anyone does.

It's something I'll try to do down the line. I do want to keep this channel mostly to film stuff, but this was a ton of fun to do because I do love the theme parks.
This was great. I cannot disagree with any of these. One thing that I find interesting is how Pirates of the Caribbean and Jungle Cruise have evolved over the years. No more selling off the women in Pirates, or guns and dancing natives in Jungle Cruise. I applaud this, of course, but I sometimes think that retrofitting these rides makes them less effective than if they had just started over from scratch - as economically insane as that might be.

I know there are always changes and new attractions being added within the park, but does the ability to visit so often ever dull your experience or make it feel less special or routine? What are some things you do to keep each visit feeling as special as the first? 😯🤓
Sort of in tandem question, does the ability to visit frequently actually reduce the pressure and increase the enjoyment?
Good questions! Do the parks feel different because I can go frequently? Yes. I treat them different than most people visiting. I rarely do the open to close thing. I just don't have to get my money's worth that way. The specialness of that "family vacation" visit isn't really there for me, but I still feel a specialness. It's different. If I were to compare it to anything, I'd say it's like going to that one restaurant in town you love. Each time you go, maybe you bring someone different, or you try something new on the menu, or you just appreciate it as is.
I do try to not ride the same stuff over and over so I might only ride something like Pirates of the Caribbean once or twice a year which gives it that special feeling, but I also go out of my way to do things most people don't get the opportunity to do because they are looking to get in as much as possible in their one day at the park. For example, the other day I wandered through main street and spent a good amount of time looking at how the displays in the windows were put together. I like to spend time appreciating the details of flowerbeds and fountains. I'll try a snack on the menu I've never had. Things like that. I will say that there certainly isn't any pressure to do things and I love the lack of pressure. Even when I go to places as a tourist now, I still don't put the pressure on myself to do everything. I've trained myself to simply enjoy being in that space.
33:44 Yeah I feel like with all the controversy around guns and ease of access to guns esp to minors (literally in the states all u have to do is break into ur parents cabinet although lets be honest its usually the dad and boom u got a gun) shooting galleries and shooting esque galleries have become more and more unpopular.
I think the park had 3 in total at one point but it's now down to just the Frontierland one. Disney has stopped selling toy guns in the parks and that happened after Sandy Hook. You used to be able to get a Star Wars blaster in Tomorrowland or a Davy Crockett rifle in Frontierland but those will likely never come back.
@@ModernMouse My point exactly and believe it or not its not just Disney that's seen a lack of sales in guns lately. Even guns such as nerf guns have become less popular and their commercials' less frequent because of the guns and children controversy (which btw was one of the reasons my mom refused to buy nerf guns as she felt it "glorified gun violence")
