Conditional protein degradation systems

How can you deplete your "favourite" protein to study its function? Well, brace yourself for my longest video yet, where I will introduce a variety of systems to do just that ranging from temperature shifts, small molecules (auxin inducible degron and shield1) to light and their limitations!!
