In this video the WS6 Trans Am I brought home is getting parted out. I got a set of all new front lowering springs and sway bar from UMI that were never installed in the front. In the Rear they did install the sway bar, Bilstein shocks and lowering springs so we need to swap out so we can keep this stuff. It is crazy how new it looks. Lowering a 93-02 F-body Camaro Trans Am Firebird is pretty simple in the back. I think you could lower one in about 20 minutes. I know this isn't a lowering video but the process to lower a F-body is the same. This Sway bar set up from UMI and the Lower springs with shocks are over $1000 worth of parts! We still have several more things to remove from the WS6 Trans Am including the ls1 and 6 Speed Transmission. Follow along as I update the sale prices for the items I sell. Hey Travis, If you really want the suspension to really work. UMI SKU-2648 . It makes the sway bar work a little better. Bushing on one end of the sway bar link. And clevis on the other side. Really tightens up the sway bar. Not a really big change but you will notice the change. And the UMI SKU 2047 Rear lower shock mounts. Turns the bottom of the shock, So that the bolt for mounting the shock so it is parallel the axle line. No more binding when the axle rotates. Just something to think about. I noticed my changes. But I like doing corners.
