Do you have a video that shows how to remove the back panel to access the upper drive assembly?

Which one would we need for a 2001 Coleman Niagara Elite? It has a rear body panel that it goes through and is center mounted. Also is there a video or help page to show removal of the rear body panel? Thanks !!!!

Need help please! 😫 we just purchased this used 2002 Fleetwood Utah. The first time we try to pop it up...the crank is broken. How do we get to this assembly to repair it?

How do I remove the pins holding the crank assembly on? They are stuck on mine and I can’t replace the crank assembly without removing the pins

They should make a flange style that could be bolted together.

My chain between upper and lower assemblies is loose on my 1998 Coleman 3278 Bayside. All the pieces are there but I cannot figure out what keeps the lower assembly pushed down and therefore keeping excessive slack out of the chain. What am I missing?

Ben, You may need to remove a link or 2, and 1/2 link to the chain. The chain should be just about as tight as a bicycle chain is.

How do I release the ratchet locking mechanism when the top is locked up in place? Can I just go from inside of panel and pop it up with a prybar while someone is on outside holding the crank?

What is the year and model name of your pop up please?

It’s a 1994 Americana Williamsburg. I opened the inside panel where the shower was (I took it out), and prayed up while wife lightly cranked clockwise and it released the paw. Hopping it was a one time issue due to my overcranking when I brought it home for first time.

My fleetwood Niagara is almost impossible to take the back panel off, is there any other way?

Hello Brandon! The Niagara models are a bit over built. You should find pop rivets along the top and Phillips head sheet metal screws along the bottom securing the panel on. On the sides you might find double-sided automotive tape has been installed. If so a heat gun and non-marring pry tools will come in helpful.
