    Nakasalang na po sa oven. Sinunod ko ang instructions at ang ganda ng consistency ng mixture creamy,bubbly at tumubo n po. habang nakasalang nangangamoy na ang bango.Tingnan ko lang Kung di sila kakain mamaya😄😄😄, salamat sa pag share ng recipe.

    Sayo ko talaga natotonan magluto ng bibingka. Na miss ko talaga kumain niyan kaya last year gumawa ako. Mas gusto ko yung gawa mo malinis pagka hugas hanggang luminaw ang tubig kasi ganon rin ako maghugas ng bigas

    I made this ai ang sarap. I have conventional oven i Preheated my oven 350⁰ then Bake for 8mins Switch to LOW BROIL for 6mins then switch to HIGH Broil for 2mins (15-16mins over all). I tried steaming them too on HIGH for 15mins. Bake or steam ang finish product ay may magandang crack pa din sa middle..this recipe is a keeper. Simple ingredients yet ang texture nya is soft and fluffy. Salamat po recipe. Next time I will triple the recipe and maybe add macapuno or grated young coconut sa batter mixture ..

    Hi mam thank you sa recipe, nagluto ko Karon and it's very good. I put 1.5 tsp dry yeast, 1 can coconut milk. Bake 355° for 30 mins and broil 400° for 10.

    naglaway ko sa bingka nimo te.yummmy...ma remember nako katong bata pako akong mama himo ana puto ug hinurno ang tawag ana..pero iyang patubo ato kay tuba man...😊😊😊bukid paman sauna to amoa. tpos dili uso oven ,baga ang giluto. tpos dili pod uso steamer ato nga panahon..ang hulmahan sa akong mama kay gagmay nga bukag.

      Hello maam jazz jen... Welcome sa kusina ni Eguy😊lagi lagi lami balik balikan ang saunang panahon maam sa na hangtud karon buhi pa sa atong panumduman.. Anah podme sauna maam.. Gamit sa akong mama sauna pinutol na lata sa condensed milk para sa puto ug kanang plastic sa margarine.. Sauna magbuslot lang ug lata sa biscuits gamit lansang.. Mao na gamiton steamer.. Ibutang sa dako na kaldero.. Ipatong sa bato or lata pod na gagmay.. Makaluto nag puto, siopao, suman... Sa bingka mao pod lata sa biacuits na dako.. Improvise.. Busog nata.. Malipayon pod kay magtinabangay😊

      Thanks for responding, I have a conventional oven and yes you’re right it was not as soft as I want it to be. So next time I’m going to cover it with foil during the last 15 minutes of cooking to prevent it from drying up too quickly. We’ll see what happens. Btw naibog gyud ko sa imong mga cakes and pastries. Did you attend a baking school in there in Italy?

      Yup, i studied Professional Italian Pastry here... Ang oven ko pwedi din e conventional kaso ang result nga malambot lang sa init pa.. Pag malamig na matigas na.. Kaya ginamitan ko ng Fan.. Yon perfect na ang result.. Taga asa manka na Bisaya Lis?

    Hi Eguy - I am so excited to try your recipe but I have two questions for you and would appreciate very much if you would respond ASAP. What kind of rice did you use, is it long grain//Jasmine? Also, I’m allergic to yeast can I use two teaspoons baking powder instead ? Thank you in advance for answering back I can’t wait to make this bibingka. They look so good! 🙏🙏🙏

    ..madam,ano po ba ang pinagkaiba ng active yeast at fresh yeast...ngayon ko lng kasi nalaman na may fresh yeast pala...at kung magkaiba po sila,pwede bang gamitin ang active yeast?..at tanong din po kung pwede ang baking powder na gamitin dito sa recipe nyo.

    I was really looking for a bibingka recipe just like we have in my hometown in Argao, Cebu. Yours is by far the nearest recipe amongst the ones I already searched; no eggs, and not using a rice flour, jut simply bibingka. But I'm not sure what they used to make them rise though. Oh, I think they used fresh coconut wine. I'll try your recipe. Thanks.

      Coconut sap is used for Traditional Bibingka. No yeast or baking powder is added.

      Hi from Scotland. Thank you for the recipe. Trying it now but I have so much waste after I sieved the mixture. Can I do anything with the lumpy left over.? I am adding some young coconut too. Have you tried using rice flour instead? If you have have you got the amount needed using rice flour? Thank you for any reply. I am originally from Iloilo City. And I miss this bingka.

      Yes na yes po madam.. Add on lang po ng 1/4 cup ng rice flour sa 1 cup measurement.. So sa 2 cups ng rice =2 1/2 cups sa rice flour po..
