    Great form, and I love that you also have videos of applications. I was curious about how you demonstrate the form though. I noticed you sometimes tilt your head forward/downward, or have the slightest of shrugs. I feel like your form would be even better if you kept a more upright relaxed posture for most of the techniques. Do you agree or is there something you think I'm missing? Thank you!

      Your missing something. He's explained variations of common movements to me. Head tilts are apart the system in this case.
