- This week we share the answers to the trivia we started last week about my 18 siblings! We also share a little bit about each of the last 9 siblings and some of the qualities and attributes that make them special! Brandon chimes in again this week to share a few memories he has with my siblings from years ago. I love my family so deeply and I had so much fun getting to share some of the things that I appreciate and admire about each sibling specifically.

I remember seeing your mom in a video (maybe one of Erin’s) saying how one of her main priorities with you kids was to recognize and nurture your individual personalities. It definitely shows. She and your dad did a wonderful job with that.♥️

Oh how I loved this second half. Now a suggestion is to do this with a parents trivia. Let's hear about your parents; were they strict, did they spank, did they worry about their children, best memory, hardest memory. Your parents evidently raised wonderful families....what's their secret to a successful marriage and family. Thank you for sharing your siblings!! You both have wonderful siblings and parents!! Loved this 2 parter! The little tidbits, the trivia, how great! I'm one of 7 children who grew up in the 1960's, and we have so many memories we share at family get togethers. It just warms my heart to hear from you and Brandon and all the wonderful things you share with us. ❤❤❤
Me too. Our family of eight has lots of memories of our growing up years.
I think growing up with limited television (or maybe none?) really helped all the kids develop interesting talents and skills. They’re all so creative and personable. Love this channel and your content. 😊

It was so funny watching Callie on your show, when she was little. She did sound like a little adult 😊❤️. I remember your wedding and Callie just cried and hung on to you in the room before the wedding because you were leaving. It made me cry. Now you’ll have to do this with the In-Laws 😉

September 15 is my birthday too! I'll be 71. Judson always made me laugh when he was on tv. He's comical and I love his expressions! I love these sibling videos!

I loved being able to see so many of these qualities in your siblings on the show. It's so great to have so many but to have so many wonderful, Godly siblings. Such a blessing. I love the Bates family.
Such generous descriptions of all of Michaela's siblings. The one sister I 'know' the least about is Josie. I followed her for a while in Instagram. She is beautiful, organized, and a very dedicated wife and mom❤

Well sadly, I got 2/19. 😂 But I sure had fun listening and learning about everyone! Addallee has ALWAYS reminded me so much of Michaela. You can just sense their sweet, gentle spirit. And I just love how positively and lovingly you all speak of each other. ❤
Always so nice and relaxing to listen to you two. Nothing performative about your vlogs. And you aren’t hawking merchandise for companies. Watching you is one of the happy times of the week for me.

Oh my goodness, out of 19 questions, I only had answers for 9 of them, and I only got ONE of those right! 😫 I correctly guessed #4 was Erin as the first to graduate college.
My other guesses:
#1 - I thought either Trace the wild man or Nathan the daredevil would have been first to break a bone.
(Lawson makes sense though because he refuses to accept that he’s a bit clumsy so he just charges ahead like he’s invincible. 🤣)
#3 - Alyssa?! I was 💯% POSITIVE the cold weather hater was Michaela! She mentioned it a number of times about life in Chicago. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
#5 - I had no guess on who had the first pet, but I guessed it was a cat. Tough little Michaela with a sweet little lamb? Aww!
#11 - So Isaiah was airlifted! What happened? That must have happened before BUB started airing, because I was a faithful viewer from the get go and I can’t imagine I would forget seeing that. My guess was Addie because I vividly recall Gil’s tearful retelling of tiny baby Addie’s traumatic early days of life when she suddenly needed to go to the hospital. That’s why I thought it made sense she would be airlifted to a children’s hospital from their rural location. I think that’s also when Gil came up with the spelling of Addie’s name, having two of every letter - ADDALLEE - to symbolize her second chance at life. 🥹❤️🩹
#12 - Zach was the first yodeler? HOW could it not be Carlin?!! I was sure I had that one right!
#15 - I guessed Tori always woke up happy because she’s such a giggler. Judson is not that well known as a smiley or giggly guy these days, so I didn’t imagine him like that as a baby.
#16 - I guessed Alyssa was the best archer because it seems like such an exacting sport, and she has a talent for being focused. I also think of her as having a very competitive nature, and I imagine her being a fierce opponent. I never would have guessed Ellie. I’d like to see her compete sometime!
#18 - Lawson really seemed like he’d be the one to climb out a window as a naughty toddler. Warden seems so even-keeled, so that really surprises me!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful memories, it's so nice to hear how encouraging and close this family with Christ at the centre invest in each other's lives. The blessings overflow and I am so grateful we get to witness moments like this.
I just remember on the Bates show and y’all were on vacation at the beach and Jeb was so little and kind of pitched a fit and your dad took him up to the house for a talk. My husband and I still laugh about that. This was so neat. Thanks for sharing.
I literally was just thinking about that episode. He was so done with it all, as toddlers so often are. Poor Gil😂

You two are the sweetest couple! So thoughtful to each other. Your love for each family member is outstanding! Especially being a brotherinlaw Brandon. Its so precious you two have the "opportunity+ time" to help each family member as needed through their lives. So needed in this world. Most families are very small + support is lacking because the world is such a busy world now.
You both are a light in this world+ really needed.

In an episode of your family’s show when Brandon comes to visit to get to know your family better, Micheal’s parents show you a workbook about relationships and getting closer as you were nearing marriage.
