About the F1 24 handling issues: I know they exist, but as I am a controller player, I do not experience the same issues as I cannot take advantage of the full lock steering grip like a wheel player can. I've also changed my mind on the sounds since I made the video. I think they're okay at most. Due to the litany of issues with the game, I will recommend that you wait until it goes on sale if you want to buy it. EDIT: Patch 1.3 changed the handling model a LOT. It felt okay before, but now it feels really good! Not perfect sure, but better than launch.
I don't know what world there is where you can possibly think that the physics in f1 2024 are "good", the game feels like there's some sort of 3 point locking. I've tried on 3 tracks with many setups and many controller settings and F1 2024 can't feel good. I'm going back to 2018.
No new engine for the next few games. Developers say they will only keep updating the old engine. This is a big middle finger to players. The WRC game had the balls to change the engine, even if is a little mess at the beginning, but I do believe it will get better, unlike the F1 game. I think that's it for the franchise, till the license expires.
I mean if you are very correct, the first game wa published by Psygnosis in 1995 or 96? for the PS1 at least in this "Formula 1" style. Codemasters took over the project in... 2009?
I think its poetic, Codemasters started when Redbulls where at the top. I think they should pay homage to the years they dedicated and end off with RedBulls at the top. Give the reins to another developer that has something to prove, just like they were in 2012

I like the fact that the first Codemasters F1 game had Bridgestone tires and no DRS, both introduced the next year.
Pirelli tyres were introduced in 2011, not Bridgestones. Also, of course it would have those and no DRS. That's how the rules were.

They said that the EGO was for F1. EGO wasn't adapted for WRC so they changed the engine. That's why they don't want to change the engine...
its funny how the franchise was doing amazing till EA came

I have F1 2009
Sad to see how F1 24 is actually bad... :(
The entire game needs to be blown up and completely restarted
EA Sports, it's in the game!
is now
EA Sports, copy and paste!
in F1 24 cars are sliding through the corners and the handling is horrible. EA doing what they do best... buying sports game and making them a sh*t
