Great to see you again.. you really inspired me with you pride flag instagram post. Right on time. Thank you.
I’ve been doing a full moon release journaling ritual.. and a new moon intention journaling practice.. full, release and new, setting of intention for the month or just going forward in my life. It’s been rewarding and interesting to look back on. I’m a pretty avid journaler in general. I find it to be healing and grounding.
