Completely agree with this. It will be quite frustrating to have the whole machine inoperable due to the cartridge that's cutting less well. And I'm assuming the old cartridge detection works flawlessly.
Hi! You can turn the EOL Detection Feature off to override that error, but you will increase your risk of consumable blow-out. You can reference page 150 in the Operator Manual. Access this via the Feature Configurations screen on your system to turn off EOL Detection. We hope that helps!
