I have a question and I need an answer : I bought a Konica Minolta Bizhub C224e, it's a really nice machine, high quality prints, maximum thickness 300 gsm (thick 4). I use Fabriano papers (300gsm) for business cards but after finishing and cutting, the cards seem flexible and my customers are asking me why their business cards are not rigid. Can I use a 350 gsm papers to resolve this issue or there is a risk to damage the printer ? I usually printi small amounts (100 cards, 10 per sheet = 10 sheets).
+Ghassen El Bekri Hi there, I suggest you ask your local service provider for advice regarding this. Generally any media that is thicker or not within the recommended specifications are used at your own risk and may void warranty or not covered by a service pan.
how do you setup the setting to print borderless. if i want to print for full image on the paper without border in side of the paper?? please show me how to setup...

We have C224e and C220. The quality for 220 was better than 224e until lately. For both machines, when you print a solid color especially blue background, it fades on some parts (white paper patches are still visible.) It becomes even worse if you're printing both side. Non of our local technician has given us a solution. Any one with a solution?

When I insert gloss paper in my c284e it come out matte. Is there a setting I can change so the print remains glossy?
no bro actually the gloss polish is absorbed by the fuser and it may ruin your developer and fuser as the polish remains inside the printer
