So, the trick with the gear in the 1st area is that it doesn't actually 'spawn' in. As soon as Rambley finishes speaking you hear a light thud sound. This is the gear dropping from some exposed machinery in the ceiling. They even animated it, if you happen to be looking there at the right time. Really cool detail, imo.
As a game developer this is either an LOD issue. this might post processing issue this will affect performance but not too much it's not your monitor. And for those of you who are unaware of what a post processing volume is this just means it's something that contributes to shadows and lighting in a game and can do other things

I don't know if it was like this before, but at the opening cutscene, next to the main gate, there's a wall with Lloyd painted on it, but when we actually go to the park, the wall has Rambley on it, this can mean that Lloyd used to be the main character of the park before our lovely trash panda came and maybe that's why he's so salty about Lloyd..?
I'm just throwing this out there, but the symbols under the print picture of Rambley *COULD* correspond to the letters in his name. I would assume that it is either the code for a cypher or it will be used to crack one in either this chapter or future ones.

This is a cypher and I believe it is his name, I noticed in the V1.1 Update vid on UniqueGeese's channel if you pause at 0:54 you'll see the words "NEW SECRETS" and NEW changes to the cypher real quick and E being an X matches the one in the print picture of Rambley.
I love that there is actually a cat you can pet now in the cafe that is one the best additions to this first chapter imo I just love the animation he added - also I love that uniquegeese has added these extra secrets to the game it shows how much he cares about the game and will and it’s many fans and will add these various improvements to the game to give the player the best experience possible. So excited for chapter 2! 😺

Main character is no longer weirdly beefy, and that’s all that was needed… though some areas are a little weird looking back at version 1 with how they’ve changed, but that’s a preference. Overall, better looking though. Still a bit glitchy, though.
things i noticed that changed are: WE AREN’T BUFF ANYMORE. the sound is lloyd’s thing when he tries to attack us rambley’s railroad is different i dont think mollie jumpscares us in rambley’s railroad at the beginning anymore idk if the fountain rambley spun before but i noticed that too mollie’s landing pad is much different (the puzzle used to be cubes u turn, now theyre fans?? and the ramp that used to be there before the chase scene is gone and replaced w a thing u climb over. also the hall thing for mollie’s chase is completely different. the play area is a lot more dirty with oil im guessing, and the hallway when we come out of the vent is red with more trash and shelves)
Yeah and also they changed the whole color scheme for Mollie's Landing Pad and made it a more safari like theme instead of rainbow like color scheme etc. I will miss the cubes that you turn. Those looked so much better, but Oh well.
Apparently this chapter is showing us what the quality of chapter 2 is expected to be like when it comes out my guess is that chapter 2 will be releasing in 2025 but I'm just guessing because I'm guessing that Mason still has a few more bug fixes to work on before he starts working on chapter 2 something tells me that when chapter 2 finally does release it's going to be worth it

Fun fact, I think the Audio Recording on the rambley mask was a refence to dayshift at freddys, because one of the guys in the audio Recording said "Old sport" Which dave Miller says in dsaf, and the other guy in the audio recording says they should just go to vegas, which is one of the endings in dsaf, where Old sport and dave go to vegas, but this could all just be a theory, a Game theory
The update to the Rambleys Railroad entrance brought in movie posters, and the one with Salem the Shady Skunk makes her look even more like the antagonist to the game. I'm almost certain that she's the reason the park got shut down. She probably made the mascots turn on everyone, including the guests, and now we're going to have to deal with her at the end to stop whatever it is she's planning. We're basically dealing with Vanny if Vanny herself was Glitchtrap all on her own.
I don't think Salem had anything to do with the mascots going rogue. We know they were abused by previous employees and could just have had enough finally. There is also secret stuff that was found on the indigo park website, i think. Putting in certain codes would bring up hidden images. One of which was the Lloyd mascot in a cage. I'd link the post showing the pictures but since youtube doesn't like links, i can't. However, if you want to look for yourself, i could go get the codes for you
I've already seen the pictures. Salem could be connected to the mascots going rogue. I did originally think that she used some sort of virus to do it, but now I think it's more like a verbal influence. I'll have to think on it more before I can give a better explanation for what might be going on.
