Where have you tucked the module? The TVS service center guys cudnt place the hazard module inside the instrument cluster. Pl let me know n share some pics if you can for better understanding.
You can put it inside the headlight or between the headlight and forks.

Do we need to move a little brake? I have a problem it doesn't fit perfectly
Brake. No, I did not have to move the brake or anything to install the main flasher inside the headlamp area.
@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs sorry for not specific. The switch installation doesn't fit perfectly with Handel like your do in my 200

Y not flash x hazard module. It goes under the seat. Plug and play and all the patterns can be controlled with indicator switch of the bike itself. No need for extra switch.
I prefer the extra switch method (this way my stock switch does not have to be operated more than required) and Simtac have just been working fine so far. good support too. check my old videos.
@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs okay. I hv a phone mount on left handle. Wil b installing fog lamp switch to the right clip on. So for hazard there's no space and i don't want to clutter the handle bar and fix it wth a jugaad. So iam considering flashx. Just asked u because i wanted to know if there's any specific reason fr u to not chose flash x. Thanks for the response
@@hgpoovanna4069 you can fis this on the mirror stem. If at all you consider it. Plus simtac now offers 3 years flat warranty.
@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs let me consider it. I dont like to clutter things, if simtac had offered integrated system like what flash x does, atleast as an option itd hv been great

Agar aapne pura video ache se dhekh liya, to Relay kahin bhi nahi lagta. Stock Flasher ko bypaas kiya tha.
Agar sirf LED indicators laga rahe ho, Simtac ka flasher nahi laga rahe, then stock flasher ko change karke, Electronic flasher use karna padega
@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs Bhaiya flasher toh lagwa liye work kar rha hai patterns but for left and right turns indicator stable ho ja rha hai blink nhi ho rha hai..agar left turn lena hai left legya switch ko left ke aage peeche ke indicators jalenge but blink nhi karenge stable reh jaa rhe hai..Can u help
@@aaryadeepjaiswal2462 Aisa nahi hona chahiye. Kyuki Simtac ka flasher override karta hai stock flasher ke function ko. Isiliye stock ko nikal dete hai and jumper dalte hai

Bro after installing this flasher...after heavy water wash for bike...are uu facing any problem like- cannot able to switch of the indicator...it is contiously blinking?? Im facing this problem In my rtr 200 bs6 model
Yes. I too faced this when I was coming back from mumbai. There were heavy rains. Once I reached home and bike was dry, everything was alright. I will write to Simtac and check.

@@chethanbillava9717 I got a reply from Simtac. For all the couplers on the front side , where you have installed the flasher, spray wd40 or fill them with Vaseline or grease. If you check stock couplers, TVS has filled them with white color grease. Probably because they are exposed and TVS knows they might malfunction or rust as they are open. You can try this and let me know. Unfortunately, I won't be able to try for next 15 days, as I am traveling. But you can try and let me know.
Once I am back, I will make a proper video on it.

@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs मेरी apache RTR 160 4v bs6 है उसमे 6ah की बैटरी लगी है , उसमे मुझे 8ah की बैटरी लगाना है जो की 200 4v में आती है, उसके लिए बैटरी बॉक्स पर पार्ट नंबर लिखा होता है जो की N से चालू होता है, और उसकी क्लैम्प पर क्लैम्प का पार्ट नंबर होता है , वो होने से परफेट पार्ट मिलता है, इसलिए चाहिए था, आपके 200 में 8AH की बैटरी है इसलिए आपसे पूछा ।
